Good French pâtisserie but... - Edit
... I expected better! I like the concept, there is quality here, but I was a bit disappointed by the viennoiseries. They are greasy and when cold, they are not very good. I think they should be more airy. For example, I really prefer the croissants from Cloud Cakes that remind me better the traditionnal ones. Moreover, I find the prices of the drinks (and more generally, all the prices) a little bit high for what you get. I ordered once a hot chocolate and I had something small (a coffee cup) with no real interest for almost five euros.
Read moreThere are positive points as well, of course. I tried a yuzu cake, and I really liked it. I think they are very good for other pâtisseries than viennoiseries. If the staff makes sometimes mistakes (they are learning), they can have some business sense. They offered us once to fill the viennoiseries with almond cream, for free!
On the whole, I have mixed feelings about this place but I will try it again for sure.
Pros: vegan pâtisserie, unique in Paris
Cons: small, pricey, not the best viennoiseries in Paris, frequently out of stock

The best croissant I’ve ever had! - Edit
I visited this vegan pâtisserie twice during my trip to Paris, and I loved it. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the croissant — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m usually not a big éclair fan, but even the éclair here was really good.
Read moreThe staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the visits even more enjoyable.
The only thing I didn’t love was the cinnamon roll, but that’s just personal preference. I’d definitely recommend focusing on the classic French pastries, because they do those extremely well. Overall, a wonderful vegan bakery and a place I’d happily return to.
Pros: croissant😋, The staff, Americano
Cons: Cinnamon rolls

UPDATE: love so much - Edit
Omg I cannot believe I ever had a bad experience with VG pât - their pastries, the best I’ve had in Paris (sorry land and monkeys, but they’re always too dry or greasy - no in between), the staff always friendly and genuinely just such a pleasant time had there. Anytime I want a pastry I would go there 100%. Definitely worth going out of your way for.

Seriously, I would eat everything here! - Edit
Smaller, with a more limited selection than Land & Monkeys, but it's still a wide selection and at least some items are better than the l&m equivalent. It was very hard to choose, and I want to go back already.

Tears of Joy - Edit
Everything here was so amazing I was in awe. This is definitely the highest caliber of vegan pastries I've had anywhere in the world. I particularly loved the macaron, which I think may have been a black cherry and chocolate combination that was absolutely divine.

VG pâtisserie est un lieu raffiné. Les entremets, viennoiseries et autres confections sont délicieuses et mesurées. Les boissons sont aussi très bonnes.

Beautiful food, friendly staff - Edit
Loved the major variety in choice and everything looked lovely. Unfortunately my pastry (a hazelnut praline cake) was a bit stale though. The pastry part was meant to be crispy, but was quite soft and chewy. Good flavour though. Might be a one-off. Very friendly staff.

Paris’ first %100 vegan bakery - Edit
The croissant burger was fun to try, fresh and delicious. The coffee eclair and Halloween eclair both looked beautiful and tasted even better. I strongly recommend this bakery which is Paris’ first 0 vegan bakery.

Definitely takes the cake!!! - Edit
VG Pâtisserie definitely takes the cake!!! Conveniently located near a Metro stop in Paris’ 11th Arrondissement, VG Pâtisserie is a 100% plant-based bakery. 100% végétale pâtisserie!!! Their pastries are next-level delicious and constantly changing with the seasons, too. Their vegan croissants rival any croissant in the City of Lights, vegan or not. Their specialty offerings with flavors like raspberry and pumpkin cannot be believed, especially with their delicious coffee and vegan chocolat chaud (hot chocolate). Their staff is conscientious, attentive, and totally sweet — just like the bakery. We can’t wait to try their other offerings on our next visit. Merci, VG Patisserie!!!
