Not just airport good - Edit
Profoundly unexpected that one of the better meals I've had in the last year is at the Salt Lake City airport. I can't underemphasize how hard this place goes and at what a reasonable price.
Read moreNote: while their labeling is mostly comprehensive, in some places it's hard to figure out what's going on. The "Mr. Miso" isn't even labeled vegetarian, but an employee stated that it was, and there's no indication on their website that it isn't. So if it's vegetarian, is it also vegan? I'll guess there's honey in the ponzu sauce, but it would be nice to know.

Loads of excellent vegan choices! - Edit
Ordered chickpea stew and a total of 8 sides for delivery from the 9th & 9th location a couple days ago. The chickpea stew on its own was a little salty, but it was perfect when we mixed it with fresh spinach we had in the fridge. It’s the vegan side dishes that we’ll be going back for. They were all incredibly delicious! Vessel Kitchen is now one of my favorite restaurants in SLC. Highly recommended!

Good options, nice place - Edit
Restaurant is clean and airy, vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu, and ingredients seemed to be very fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended if you’re on the east side of Salt Lake.

Kale Caesar Slaw - Edit
Great spot at the 9th and 9th. Order at the register and then they bring it to you. We had the chickpea stew, brussel sprouts and kale Caesar slaw. All three were good, but the stand out was the dressing on the slaw. Definitely planning to go back and try the falafel and different sides. The people who were working there seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. No vegan desserts. Kombucha on tap.

Delicious - Edit
It was a very bright and clean restaurant and all options are clearly marked. You pick a "protein" and two sides. The only vegan "protein" is the falafel but most of the sides are vegan. They also have family size meals for takeout. They also have a lot of gluten free options which is great for me. It is hard to find good vegan and gluten free food when eating out.

Cons: On the pricy side, but not too bad $12 for meal
