Buone Opzioni vegane - Edit
Il menù ha chiaramente indicato quali piatti sono vegani o vegetariani ed eventuali allergeni. Ci sono piatti vegani e senza glutine, non sono celiaca ma ho apprezzato l’attenzione a questo dettaglio (è difficile trovare opzioni vegane e gluten free). Ci sono opzioni vegane per tutte le portate, dall’antipasto al dolce. Menù stagionale con, dove possibile, prodotti a km 0. Il personale è molto gentile. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Scelte semplici ma con un twist - Edit
Molto apprezzabile il fatto che in generale non propongono una sfilza infinita di piatti (nota a favore), ma che tra questi ci siano un'opzione vegana e una vegetariana e che siano ben segnalate. Dell'opzione vegana mi piace il fatto che sia semplice ma al tempo stesso non facilmente reperibile presso altri ristoranti. Ad esempio, ieri (13/09/22) c'era a menu un Tabbouleh.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
They label their vegan options. I had „Testaroli al pesto“ which was not labeled vegan but she told me it’s also vegan if she excludes the parmesano on top. Very delicious dish, my dad took wholegrain farfalle with grilled vegetables and „hijiki“ algae which was also very good. As a second course i had „Torta Salate“ also very good.
