Don't go

I was with a group of non-vegan friends, who I at least convinced to go to a restaurant that was listed on happycow for some good vegan options.
How disappointing it was though...
The menu clearly has changed since this restaurant got listed. The colorful menu that is shown on here does not excist anymore apparantly.
The menu does not clearly show any vegan or vegetarion options anymore (besides a side salad)
I had to ask the waiter for some options without any animal products. His english was good, so he fully understood, also asked me : also no cheese, right?. So that gave some confidence.
He proposed a greek salad, and since he was so clear about the 'no cheese', I trusted it to be ok (so without the feta cheese that is usually in a greek salad).
But no... it wasn't to be. The second he put down my plate, he realised the mistake, without me having to say it. So I was still full of confidence it would be ok in the end. But when he returned.. all that they did is remove the feta from the same salad, leaving me a plate with residue of the feta cleary all over te plate.
I'm not allergic to cheese, and didn't want a hassle, so I took away the feta residue as well as I could.
To me, and I believe to many other people, this is a big NO-NO for a restaurant to do.
Besides this big error, the food wasn't anything special.
Also my friends didn't like the place much.

In my opinion this restaurant has to be taken off from HappyCow, mainly because of the lack of a menu with the vegan/vegetarion options clearly marked on it, since this is a requirement for a listing on HappyCow. A while ago, I proposed to delete this restaurant in a HappyCow update, but it hasn't been removed (yet). So I went for this review now instead.

Pros: Good location

Cons: No vegan/vegetarion options on the menu, Lack of respect (bc of the cheese residue)

Decent number of vegan options

There are a fair number of menu items at this restaurant that can be veganised (which are clearly marked on the menu). We ordered the mushroom risotto and a salad, and both were tasty, satisfying, and reasonably priced. Together with a beer and a freshly squeezed juice, our bill was under US $20. The service was warm and friendly, the decor was modern and clean, and the location was good. If we were in Belgrade for longer, we probably would have eaten here again.
