Only 2 of the 6 sandwiches are vegan, but both are quite tasty and based on dark bread full of seeds. You can also create the sandwich yourself.

Not able to rate it higher than 4 stars as it isn't a vegetarian restaurant, but I'd class any place that offers more than one decent and delicious vegan option as great. There were two vegan sandwiches, the one I had was very tasty. They had a soup that was vegan and a salad bar with lots of variety and many different salad dressings. All the smoothies and juices were also vegan. Perfect to just grab a sandwich and take it with you. Located in Place Kleber and close to the cathedral

Read moreMany vegan options, I love the quinoa salad where you can add 3 ingredients and sauce. Another good option is the vegetarian sandwich (ask for a different sauce if you want a vegan option for example olive oil and lemon).
The soups are just delish and they are all vegan!
They have juice bar and smoothies (vegetarian). The only thing missing is green juices, wheatgrass and this kind of extra healthy stuff..

It has many veggies choices to make a sandwich/ salad. I choose a salad quinoa with beetroot, mushrooms, carrot. Olive oil and citron to be the salad cream. They are very generous with the salad cream. Nice! Most of the ingredients used are organic. They have set meals. Sandwich + drinks or Salad + drinks. Sandwich + Soup etc. And they serve smoothies and soup too. The prices are reasonable. If going for a quick bite, a small sitting area is available. Convenient location as it is in the mall 'Aubette'. The mall is just next to the big Christmas Tree.
