Vegan tax not stated on menu - Edit
There is a vegan tax which is not noted anywhere on the menu, and we were not informed. I had seen the previous review which mentioned it, but I completely forgot about it, otherwise I would have also objected to paying it

The food was reasonably good, the pesto rigatoni was quite tasty and very creamy.
Didn't feel confident the waitress knew the vegan options on the menu, she initially told us the gnocchi was vegan, but the chef clarified it wasn't.
I asked if the vegan meatballs were also homemade and was assured it was, but it definitely does not taste homemade, it looks and tastes very pea-proteiny with a rubbery/dense texture, and flecks of green in it (not a brand I've tried before so maybe V2). They're different to the ones I had here years ago which were very tasty, with some kind of spice seeds in them. The marinara sauce was amaazzing though, very tasty.
The Al Matricana pizza (salami, olives, mushroom, spinach) was tasty but the base is a little cardboardy/frozen pizza style.

Delicious pizza! - Edit
Sundays are vegan Sundays with 15% off all pizza's. Really nice crust and tasty pizza's! Had the meatballs which was amazing. Also tried the one with potatoes. Gluten free available. Wine is also marked if it's vegan or not.

Really enjoyed the pasta! - Edit
Discovered this place last night. I was pleasantly surprised with how many vegan options they had. Had the vegan option of the creamy mushroom pasta (without mushrooms), and it was really tasty. Similar to carbonara taste. The vegan Parmesan they had was one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely return to try more of the pastas, and also vegan pizzas. Decently priced meals.

Please note I have been here countless times since March. My last three visits, all within the last 4 weeks have been less than impressive due to staff error.
Three occasions, three stuff ups.
2 being telling me a pizza was vegan (when it so clearly visually wasn’t). The latest, after confirming the cheese placed on the table, with the rest of my vegan food, was infact vegan. Staff member even confirming that yes, the cheese is vegan. Great. Let’s eat my meal. Couple of minutes later, a further update, no it’s not. Put down to a “miscommunication”. I don’t know how much clearer I could’ve made it, I was very very clear due to the past two stuff ups. This is just due to bad service.
I really like this place. But three times in a row giving me food that is promised to be vegan, but isn’t? Well, that’s not on. Big thumbs down due to stuff ups.

Have eaten in once with some people who weren’t vegan so they were happy with the omni options. I got the vegan meatball pizza which was really tasty, but I think they’ve since removed the vegan meatballs from their menu. They still have a lot of vegan options, both pizzas and pastas.
Read moreGot pizza delivered another time - a chik’n one, which was alright. The fake meat wasn’t my favourite so it might be better to go with a vegan option with just veggies.
Nice restaurant to dine in at. Nothing too fancy but still a nice atmosphere.

Pretty nice ambiance for a dinner, and great deals available makes for an affordable fancy meal out. The food is not creative, but vegan translation of standard Italian restaurant fare. Love the effort to provide so many vegan options! But looking forward to the introduction of slightly more creative vegan cooking!

This place is amazing!!! Great vegan options (including wine!), friendly staff and the even use charitable hand soap and loo paper. My second trip (from interstate) and I had the garlic crust, cream & mushroom pasta with vegan 'chicken' and a glass of red. So so good. Give it a go !

Extensive vegan options, delicious food - Edit
Absolutely beautiful food, we used to come here a few years ago as they had soy cheese options on their pizzas. They were fantastic then. We live further away now so haven't been in ages. Were so pleased to go tonight and find an extensive vegan range, including pizzas, pastas, and wines. Not cheap but wonderful quality and flavours. Highly recommended.

Lots of delicious vegan options - Edit
The menu has all vegetarian and vegan options clearly listed. We were really impressed with how many options there were in pizzas, pastas and wine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a small but nice restaurant and they offer take away and delivery to certain areas. We had cream and mushroom linguine with Parmesan (a small cup you could keep adding more - my favourite!) and the v-burn pizza which certainly lived up to its reputation of being very hot. We spoke to the waitress after and she was very happy to have vegans come in. They have vegan chicken, prawns, bacon and great cheese for pizza and pasta dishes. Cream and mushroom needed a little extra salt but was delicious.

Very vegan-friendly menu and staff - Edit
When I first moved to the area, Versachi had vegan cheese for all their pizzas, which was a win in my book. But since then, I've watched them make a huge effort to introduce amazing new pizzas and pastas filled with plant-based egg, cheese, cream, chicken, ham, bacon and meatballs (not to mention the wine)!
Read moreLast night I tried one of the delicious new creamy mushroomy chicken pastas they've just added and it was so delicious, with crispy pan-fried 'chicken' bits – a crazy flashback to what I would've ordered before I went vego! My girlfriend had the classic tasty primavera.
You won't be disappointed dropping in to reward these guys for their efforts.
(PS beware the fries – I've been told they're still cooked in animal fat. Maybe make a comment about that when you visit).
