Many vegan options

I tried 4 vegan sandwiches for lunch at work and they were quite good. My favourite was with smoked tofu, but the one with grilled eggplant and a nice umami mayonaise was tasty as well. The one with vegan filet americain (I think based on carrots) was even tastier, but contained a bit too much raw onion for my taste. The one with vegan cheese was decent as well.

They also have a tasty berry muffin and a decent lemon petit four. I think all their pastries are vegan.

Lemon petit fours: a bit bland, but allright at Vers van Gijs in Amstelveen

Rode makker: with avocado, onion and vegan filet americain, I think based on carrot? Tasty, but mine had a bit too much onion (raw) in it. Also, there was no protein source in it. at Vers van Gijs in Amstelveen

Boven Jan: with grilled eggplant, tomato tapenade and truffle mayo (?). It had a nice umami taste, but there was no protein source in it. at Vers van Gijs in Amstelveen

Amazing sandwiches!

They have a ton of clearly marked, vegan sandwiches and they tasted awesome. Also a variety of special fillings such as vegan Camembert, mozzarella and bacon. Can recommend!

Lots of vegan sandwiches and more

Love this place. Has LOTS of vegan sandwiches and also vegan cheese from Mr and Ms. Watson, plus some vegan snacks every now and then (Baklava). Highly recommended!

Loads of vegan options

It's take out or delivery. They have more than 20 vegan sandwich options, and all are amazing. Last year they changed their logo from a cow to mushrooms.
They also have diners (to heat up at home), most options are vegan, haven't tried them yet.

Pros: Many options, friendly staff
