Really enjoyed my soup here on a rainy spring day! Vibes were perfect as I needed a place to get some work done and drink coffee. Nice place!

I had lunch at Veronica's Friday with a group of coworkers. The one vegan item on the menu is the hummus wrap, which was large and satisfying. The wraps come with pasta salad on the side which has a lot of cheese in it, but that can be swapped for the (vegan) pickled cabbage without an upcharge. If I had substituted a small side salad for the pasta it would have been a $6 upcharge. All coworkers were very happy with their sandwiches, soups and desserts, some items of which were vegetarian, though most were meat-based. The cafe space was fun and bright. Baked goods are sold by a local baker (Lucy's) that sometimes have vegan muffins and cookies.
