Incredible vegan options - Edit
This place has the best vegan chicken parmasean I've ever had. Their vegan pizza is incredible as well. It is the best vegan cheese I've ever had. It's a special cheese you can only get with a restaurant account. I will be going here many more times, the patio is fun too. It's in a hotel so it's worth the drive if it's far from you, you could book a stay and swim. Their vegan menu is incredible. I'm looking forward to trying the vegan shrimp next. Also the vegan dishes are only a few more bucks than regular. Or some are the same price as their meat option

Nice vegan options at Italian restaurant - Edit
Verona is a nice Italian restaurant located inside Cambria hotel. Food is great and they do have some vegan options that are quite good. Restaurant has nice atmosphere but can be very loud during busy times. There is at least one vegan dessert that I quite enjoyed. They also have outdoor dining available seasonally.

The vegan Giuseppe's was rich, flavorful, and delicious. The side of vegetables were fresh and prepared well.
Read moreThere is a sister restaurant, Bar Verona, that is a couple miles north. The online menu does not show vegan options, but Grubhub does, and I have ordered from there, so they need to update their online menu on the restaurant's site.

Excellent vegan menu items - Edit
Verona has a small but delicious vegan menu. My husband and I have eaten here several times and it is always excellent. We’ve gotten the chicken parmigiana and spaghetti & meat balls. Both are excellent and large portions. They bring bread to the table with olive oil for dipping. They also provide FYH Parmesan to add to the top of you entrees. Only one dessert, vegan lemon cake. But again a large portion and very tasty.
