Not Very Vegan - Edit
Unfortunately they seem to misunderstand the difference between ‘vegetarian’ and ‘vegan’. They have several things on their menu marked as vegan, but some of them have butter and eggs in them. I bought the spring rolls with tofu, which was ok, but the peanut sauce was strangely flavorless. I also ordered the “vegan” Banh Mi, but had to ask several times for them to not put the “egg butter” on it. I am pretty sure it still came with butter on it. The tofu is pretty tasty, but was oily. Sadly I cannot recommend this restaurant for vegans.

Good vegan options in an vegan desert - Edit
The menu is simple but the flavors are good with classic Vietnamese dishes for lunch and dinner. The tofu is well fried and garlicly with a tasty sauce. I had the rice plate and it was a good helping of veggies and tofu. The tofu spring rolls were average, but large sized. Definitely some of the best vegan food you can get in Amador county.

Cons: Service was a bit slow, Pay the same price as meat dishes, No vegan Pho
