Great food & lovely interior - Edit
First off: props for the beautiful interior. I love the stained glass windows, the perfectly cosy lighting above each table, the glass roof at the back as well as the choice of tiles at the bar. As for the food, we had to try the beautiful red beetroot tartare which was some great comfort food. We also tried the daily special, which was a lasagna verde with green peas. The taste of this one was good, but the cheese was fried so hard that I couldn't cut through it with my regular knife. I would've personally preferred a softer cheese or none at all, and maybe a sharper knife, which I should've just asked for in hindsight. As for dessert, we tried the crème brûlée, which had just the perfect texture and came with a layer of rhubarb underneath. We also tried the snickers cake with tonkacream, which tasted just like snickers, so job well done.

This place is just what I would call a REAL restaurant. Starting from the service, attentive, fun, well prepared. The atmosphere is great, with cozy interiors and GREAT music. And last the food, innovative, diverse, delicious. This is what plant based restoration needs 🍀

I just love this place. We’ve been there twice and everything was perfect from start to finish. A good balance between a cozy dinner place and partly fine dining. Menu changes regularly and they have always nice choices.

Le plaisir de pouvoir déguster des plats traditionnels de brasserie en version vegan, c'est un vrai plaisir. J'avais pris les chicons au gratin, très réconfortant. Il y a aussi des plats sans gluten.

Read moreThe food was a delightful experience. Attention to details, they also bring bread with very good oil and salt. From starters to dessert, each dish is well thought with original combinations of ingredients.
Everything was very good, but the seitan and Snickers cake really stand out.
It is rather fancy and a bit pricey but it is really worth it.
Can't wait to go again!

I had soup and "américain préparé"; the soup was amazing but to be honest the "américain préparé" was really not to my taste (too acid, too much mustard), I had far better ones. Plus it wasn't cheap, I should try the specials next time.

Best vegan restaurant in Brussels - Edit
Most of the vegan restaurants in Brussels are quite disappointing, but this place really stands out. The interior is very nice and cozy, the staff are outstandingly friendly, and the food is really good and made of high-quality ingredients.
Read moreIt's a bit pricy, but it's a lot better than other vegan restaurants so I'd say it's worth it.
I highly recommend making a reservation so you get a decent table.

The service is excellent and the atmosphere is really sophisticated and nice.
Read moreThey had some reasonably priced drinks (5 euros for a nice glass of red wine) and some pretty expensive meals (22 euros for three meatballs and some fries). Overall it was worth it though because the food and service were awesome.
Slightly difficult to navigate if you're like me and don't speak French. Thankfully the staff was cool af and helped me figure it out. The menu is somewhat limited but still great. It's a new place so I'm sure it will only continue to grow. I can't wait to go back to see what else they make!!
One other thing... Making a reservation was a bit strange. I tried to make one since it seemed like I needed it but the website said there weren't any until 9p. So, I got on the wait-list for 8p, since that's when I wanted to go. Almost immediately I was given a reservation. When I arrived, there was like three other people in the whole restaurant... Definitely not what I expected since it said they were fully booked. So, I'd suggest trying to book even if they say it's full.

I liked the space and ambience, staff is also friendly. The food is well prepared and portions are ok. It's a bit expensive but the dishes are also a bit above average.
