I was beside myself with the cornucopia of flavorful offerings of balsamic vinegars here, and... the inspirational ideas I was given by the host who enthusiastically encouraged me to sample many different flavors. They're not just for putting on salads, little did I know. You can top avocado toast, shake them up into mineral water, dip snacking veggies in them... on and on. I can't overstate the magnificence of the flavor profiles. They do offer several varieties of oils, not just olive, but the real show is the balsamic vinegars. I ended up buying Black Cherry, Blackberry Ginger, Cranberry Pear, Golden Pineapple, and Japanese Plum balsamic vinegars.
