Bay marie style lunch. Vegan options (not marked, need to ask). Tasty food. Filtered cold water and herbal tea included with lunch. Friendly staff. Large windows overlooking the pedestrian mall.

Nice salad bar with a variety of beans and cooked and raw vegetables. Today they had a nice pumpkin based dressing to go on the salad, as well as an assortment of vinegars. There were also a variety of hot dishes, most of which were vegan, oven potatoes, Milanesas de soja, stir fried veggies, baked veggies, corn pie. Free hot cedrón tea available in the seating area.

All of the food was really good! I got an extremely full plate for 150 pesos.
I would definitely eat there again!

Verde Siempre is easy to find on a main street in the centre of town. Large, airy restaurant with fans to keep cool. Choices for vegans - both hot and cold - all well made and tasty. Pay by weight system encourages low wastage. Used by lots of locals who are regulars - nice mix - seemed to cover whole demography. Price by Argentine standards moderate.
