My only regret about this place was not being in Xalapa long enough to try more of their specialties. Very nice environment and decoration, you can see a lot of attention to details in the place itself as well as the plates they serve you. The owner Hector as well as the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I tried the Waffles "Rancheros" and they were amazing, a Mexican salty version of the typical breakfast waffles: refried beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado sauce, seasame,... To drink juice and locally sourced and grown Veracruz coffee.
