Inside a hip food court - Edit
How I wish I had a place like Liberty Market in my town, in a former factory building right off downtown. It is open long hours, and you can meet friends there for a coffee or drink and all order whatever works for you. Verde has the most options and will gladly customize with tons of healthy options and homemade dressings. We loved the peanut noodle bowl and the mushroom rice one. Their pickled radishes are delicious. I would come here all the time if I lived in KS. All vendors are not always open, just so you know. There is a small parking lot outside which was very full when we were there. Many different cozy spots and tables, and you can reserve spaces for parties.
