Verd - Edit

Came across this after a hunt for Scotch Row ( behind David Jones). This is similar to the food and drinks available at their Kent Street restaurant.
I had The OG Macro greens, brocolli, quinoa, sprouted adzuki beans, kim chi activated almonds with tahini dressing. Only criticism was a bit salty for me. $12.90 had a red velvet smoothie $9. That was yum.
Got the HC sticker. Vegans please try this new venture in Bangaroo. Pity not open on the weekends. Revisited this eatery had a Poke Bowl on a bed of warm brown rice kale, grated carrots, fried tempeh, kim-chi, red radish and crispy shallots dressing sweet tamari $13.90 and had a Mother of Dragons dragon fruit, mango, banana, chia seeds, raspberry and coconut juice. $11
Was all delicious. If ur in the Bangaroo area visit. Pity not open on the weekends. Got the second Happy Cow sticker.

Nice spot to grab lunch! - Edit

Modern, small shop to grab lunch on the go. There is no seating space, but who needs that when there's a nice waterfront park right next to it. Their muffin is amazing!!! Also got the Not-Ceasar salad. It's tasty although the tempeh is way too salty for my liking. Another review claimed the same about the saltiness, so might be an occuring thing for all bowls. Definitely gonna try other meal options. Nontheless a lovely spot.

Update: have been revisiting for lunch and it's definitely not as salty as the initial one I've tried.

Pros: Quick vegan lunch, Nice healthy options, Interesting combos

Cons: Too salty

Healthy hidden gem takeaway - Edit

I was so grateful to find this place as I was wandering around Darling Harbour trying to find something for breakfast.

I luckily got there in time to have a Brekkie Bowl. Very delicious, full of flavour, healthy and filling. Also got a Matcha Latte to take away.

Go find this place!
