This is the nicest looking restaurant in El Nido, by far. The food is presented beautifully. The standout for us was the bang bang tofu appetizer, followed by the beyond meatball appetizer. However, we were not impressed with our mains, which were the dan dan noodles and the pad Thai salad. If I could go back in time, I’d order two bang bang tofu appetizers as a main, that’s how good it is!!!

Ver De is big, air-conditioned, has a menu so long, it's more of a book, and the food is really interesting.

I had a Bali smoothie, a Caribbean jerk tofu steak, and a dessert called 'Malva' - chai ice cream, with pistachio crumbs, grilled pineapple, pudding and caramel sauce. Next level.

BEYOND MEAT 🍔 Burgers are the best ever, see photo….The pet peeve I have about vegan restaurants in the Philippines is the staff is never, ever vegan and they have zero interest in the vegan lifestyle 😢.

The crème brulee was out of this world. The breakfast sandwich was perfect and gives the eggy cheesy craving a fix. Breakfast 7-10am only. Closed 10-11am for lunch preparation.

Bang bang tofu is really good, creme bruleé, croquettes and the mushroom burger are all amazing as well. The menu has such a diverse range. Bit on the expensive side but it reflects the pricing for good western food in the Philippines.

One of my favourite restaurants of all time! - Edit
This is an amazing restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the setting is gorgeous. We stayed in the hotel that this restaurant is in so we were able to get the full breakfast menu. If you’re looking to stay in El Nido, I would 100% recommend the hotel because this breakfast menu was amazing! The quesadillas were my personal favourite but the whole menu was incredible.

A gem in the heart of El Nido - Edit
This place was my saviour in El Nido, most days I ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is so extensive you don't get bored. It's more upmarket so slightly higher prices but still a third of the price compared to what you'd pay in the UK for the same type of dishes.
Read moreOnly giving 4 stars as some dishes didn't quite hit the spot but others were exceptional. Standouts for me were the Dan Dan noodles, bang bang tofu, cajun tacos and soyrizo tacos.
Service was always professional and fast. They do takeaway. Opens at 06:30am so great for grabbing breakfast before a boat tour. No WiFi.

Okay this restaurant was gorgeous to the interior to the food! The service was so welcoming and friendly. We wanted to order everything on the menu lol. We got the Pesto grilled cheese, Kale n humus and soyrizo tacos. Everything tasted amazing and the presentation was beautiful as well. 😊

We enjoyed our meal here, the atmosphere and food were both excellent. However, the food was on the expensive side and the portions were smaller than you'd expect. We had a burger which was closer to the size of a slider. We would eat here again, however due to the cost and serving size not every night.
