There where only one vegan option: vegetarian paella, although it was not clear if they indeed don't use any non vegan stew. The paella was a little salty and tasted like they have used industrial stew. I wasn't able to understand the waiter neither in Portuguese nor in English.

Havia apenas uma opção vegana: paella vegetariana, embora não ficou claro se de fato eles não usam caldo não vegano. A paella estava um pouco salgada e tinha gosto de caldo industrializado. Não conseguia entender o garçom direito nem em inglês e nem em português.

Its a touristy restaurant next to mcdonalds. It was actually called ver belem. I had the vegetarian pizza with no cheese and well it was vegan but it wasnt very tasteful. My friend had the same pizza but with cheese and she liked it alot.

Touristy, but good! - Edit
The best choice among the very touristy restaurants in this street in Belém. The menu has some vegetarian options: nothing imaginative but the quality is good. I had some delicious vegetarian tortellini and a fresh mango for dessert. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful und knowledgeable to modify dishes to be vegan. Restaurant was quite busy, but the food was very delicious. I had the vegetariana pizza without cheese, one of the best vegan pizzas I've had in a while.
