Limited Options - Edit
Went here for breakfast and the only thing I was able to eat was a smoothie. Lunch also has very limited options. I wouldn't go here again.

Decent healthy lunch - Edit
This place has breakfast & lunch menu & is only open until 2pm. For breakfast, I didn't see anything vegan other than oatmeal. lunch has a few options with Tofu including the ancient grain bowls which was healthy & warm, but nothing too special. Decent selection of juices & smoothies.
This is a convenient option if you're staying in the Venetian, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to go here (in fact, since it's in the guest suite/tower, I doubt you could get here without a key card).
Pros: At least 3 vegan options, Healthy foods (greens!)
Cons: A bit pricey for such simple fare

Good for quick tofu grab - Edit
Relaxed atmosphere. Good place to grab a tofu stir fry or salad with a mimosa or juice after a spa treatment or to take back to your room if you're staying in the hotel. Nothing fancy. Juices are pre-juiced (not juiced to order) but they will make any combination you like.
Pros: Easy going
Cons: Bright lights

Great place and reasonably priced! - Edit
Had a great breakfast here, tofu sandwich. Prices are great too, the whole family ate and it did not break the bank. Would definitely return! Just follow the signs for the spa, even though you feel lost!
Pros: excellent food, price, good value
Cons: hard to find

Relaxing Spa and Great Food - Edit
I recently visited the Canyon Ranch Spa with a few friends and after relaxing with a massage, we ventured to the Cafe that was great tasting and had a lot of vegan options. I loved picking up the menu and seeing dishes with tofu like stir frys and chilis and whole grain pancakes, as well as breads served with almond butters. The menu has a few vegetarian and vegan options, but the servers are also happy to accomodate special requests. The food isn't too high priced and tastes good.

A good place for breakfast - Edit
The Canyon Ranch Spa is located at the Venetian hotel on the strip. It is a simple, neat and clean little cafe that is a little difficult to find - the best way is to follow signs to the spa. It was the only place on the strip where I could get fresh veggie juices (even if the only veggies they had were carrots and beets!), as well as choices of ginger, apple or orange. They offer fresh baked breads with almond butter (almost impossible to find anywhere else!). They offered whole wheat berry pancakes and sweet potato waffles. The menu was interesting, but not completely vegan. The food was delicious. I will return there again on my next trip to Vegas!
Pros: fresh juices, delicious food, healthy
Cons: location, price

Cons: hard to find
