Chef’s Choice Vegan Plate - Edit
I was excited to order the Chef’s Choice Vegan Plate at Venetian when I visited with friends this winter. Most places in this town don’t know what vegan even means, but Venetian had an option listed on their menu and their staff was clearly knowledgeable about vegan/vegetarian and what each entailed. Our server Paul was excellent and very attentive; he brought us ciabatta bread and an oil plate, and the house salad was very fresh and delicious with multiple dressing options. The vegan plate itself was very filling and incredibly good! There was an assortment of roasted vegetables atop farro cooked with some sort of citrusy bruschetta. My vegetarian boyfriend had a ton of options to choose from on the menu as well. It was a lovely dim, romantic environment and very easy to customize your meal with sides and additions.
