Cute little health spot

Stopped by for lunch, their hours and lunch options vary depending on the time, so make sure to call ahead and confirm. In the mornings early afternoon they have a buffet style and later in the afternoon sandwiches/wraps. We had the wraps and the sandwiches and they were sooo tasty and flavorful (it included their house made vegan ham). I would definitely recommend! They offer juices and smoothies too. They have a small market with health food items, supplements and plant based meats. A little hidden gem!
