All-vegan Italian delicacies are served. The menu includes burgers, panzerotti and lasagna, in addition to muffins and tiramisu for dessert. Everything is made-in-house and freshly prepared every day. The owner (Samanta)'s focus is on quality and regionality at affordable prices. Das Preis / Leistungsniveau passt nicht. Ich hatte einen großen Salat mit Pizza. Der Salat war in einer großen Schüssel, der Inhalt war allerdings wenig. Fertig geschnittener Blattsalat mit zwei Esslöffel Kichererbsen und Dosenmais...keine frischen Kräuter, Tomate oder Paprika. Die Pizza war eine Viertel Pizza...mit enorm dickem Teig. Ich bin seit acht Jahren vegan und kann das Vegetalian leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

The "pizza" was the size of two slices of a normal pizza but over 15 euros. 🤯 The bowl was not a bowl but rather a plate and the veggies were not fresh but frozen.

I had a pizza, my friend had a carbonara, and while both were tasty, neither of us were blown away. I prefer pizzas with thin crust and this one was not like that. The interior of the place looked really pretty and it was spacious as well.

Read moreAm liebsten mag ich die Pizzen, ausgefallen, weil ich sie "al trancio" sonst nirgends kenne. Es gibt aber natürlich auch Antipasti, Pasta Variationen, Vleisch und Burger.
Auch die ebenfalls hausgemachten und frisch zubereiteten Desserts sind eine süße Sünde wert.
Das neue Lokal im Nonntal ist sehr gemütlich, bin gespannt auf den Gastgarten. Hoffentlich bleibt Samantha Salzburg sehr lange erhalten. #Veganuary

I liked the vegan vitello tonnato the best. The main dish was not very spectacular and for the amount you get it's pricey.

Nice place, restaurant and hostel - Edit
I had the pasta pomodoro and it was good and not too expensive. However, the restaurant is often closed and the service was not the best. Stayed at the hostel for a few days and could only eat there once, the hostel was good though.

I was very happy to see that something vegan has opened up in Salzburg but after I ordered the pizza I will probably never come back there... this is NOT pizza. it is dough soaked in pizza sauce and very disgusting... I still give 2 stars because I hope they will become better at it...

Read morewe reserved a table for 6 plus a little kid and upon arrival, there was a chair missing (nothing that can’t be taken care of, yet weird).
my mom ordered a glutenfree shandy as a drink and received a beer. instead of spaghetti she got penne which she wasn’t informed about beforehand but had to find out when her food arrived (without any explanation).
we ordered three burgers but only received two. one was obviously forgotten and only arrived when we were half way through our meals.
my no-chicken burger didn’t look like much but tasted good (great patty!!). i liked that the bread was unique. unfortunately my friend’s bread wasn’t done yet.
the bbq pizza was tasty, yet a little dry (maybe because of it’s thick dough) and only had little topping. it could have done with more sauce, cheese and chicken bits.
slices are about a third of your regular pizza, though thick so most likely the same amount of dough. don’t be disappointed if you expect a whole pizza!
husband loved his carbonara!
we visited at 5pm which is when they open for dinner so it wasn’t crowded and while everyone seemed nice, it didn’t have a very professional feeling, if that makes sense?
i won’t visit again 😕

Ich verstehe die ganzen guten Bewertungen hier leider nicht. Das Essen war eher unterer Durchschnitt. Nichts was man zuhause nicht selbst hinbekommen würde. Unser Essen war versalzen und unsere Beschwerde wurde mit einem „Geschmackssache“ abgetan. Der Service war sehr langsam, unaufmerksam und zwischendurch wurden Getränke vergessen.

Great atmosphere, my husband loved his pizza, my carbonara was good. Only issue was we went at 1:15 and they almost didn't let us stay because they were already closing the kitchen, so make sure you go for an early lunch! There were lots of delicious-looking options on the menu, would've loved to have sampled more.

Als die Pizza geliefert wurde, war ich erst enttäuscht. Wo war der Rest? Vor mir stand 1/3 einer Pizza. Der Boden war aber sehr dick, eher amerikanische als italienische Art, und der Belag sehr sättigend. Zum Glück mag ich den dicken, amerikanischen Boden genauso wie den dünnen, italienischen. 🙂 Die Pizza (unter anderem mit Spargel und Sauce Hollandaise) war nicht nur sehr sättigend, sondern auch mega lecker.
