LOVE this place

I‘ve been to Veginity a few times and have loved the experience every single time. Their pastries are delicious, the breakfast/lunch menu is great, and their dinner menu (which rotates) is always a hit. I‘ve tried different items for each visit and everything has tasted amazing so far. Plus, staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed and comfortable.

Pros: Delicious Food, Friendly Staff, Great Value for Money

Amazing pastries

The pastries here are made by some sort of magic - they are absolutely incredible. We ended up taking some home as they were so good. We also had a toastie which was really delicious. very friendly staff and fully vegan !

Yummy!

Great food and off the beaten, crazy tourist path so a good time out from the madness. The cheese on my cheese toastie was a little shy but still good. Kombucha made on the premises was awesome 😎

Amazing but a lot

The Breakfast Burger and the chips were amazing. I also got some avocado on the burger and it was a lot, I couldn't finish it. If I were to go again, I'd share the burger with someone.
The water was served in a flower vase, which is a nice touch.

Pros: Everything is vegan, You get a lot for a good price

Ok, but not wow !!!

Nice atmosphere inside and the staff were friendly too. The chef was even nice enough to take the gluten out of the tofu salad at €12.50 I ordered as nothing on the menu was gluten-free. The meal was ok, but not amazing and the prices were average for Dublin. I wish the food was organic, considering it seemed like a classy restaurant.

Amazing flavours

We had dinner at Veginity and then returned the next day for the nitro coffee! We were so impressed by the food! We had filo parcels and jasmine smoked tofu. Both had lots of flavours and textures and were beautifully presented. The fermented blueberries were incredible! We also had the gin and tonic cake, which had a lovely light sponge - mmmm. Lots of thought goes into these dishes. The prices are very reasonable considering the effort that is required - this is fine dining in a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Pros: Inventive vegan food , Good value, Friendly helpful staff

Decent food, prompt service

Finally made it here and thought the decor was nice. I would like to see more on the breakfast menu. I also think the toasted sandwich would be better with regular violife than the pizza type. I got a pastry to takeaway but was disappointed when it wasn't what they told me it was. Would like to go back and try the dinner menu as the restaurant is nicely laid out and in central location.

Pros: All vegan

Good pastry

Went there for breakfast/brunch. I had the avocado toast w/ lemony vegan feta and a cinnamon snail. The avocado toast was well served with some salad on the side. I really enjoyed it, except for the dressing on the salad (it tasted like smoked meat, not a fan). The cinnamon snail was light and fluffy... it went perfect with the latte! It was shame I didn’t get to try the evening menu. It closes from Monday to Wednesday...

Pros: Good pastry, Close to the city center

As close to vegan fine dining as you'll get

Really impressive and imaginative vegan food. Sadly we didn't have time to really enjoy it as we had a train to catch but will return soon.

Pros: The BYO policy makes it more affordable.

Cons: A little expensive but fully justified

Good, but not as good as some other spots

Limited options and not all of them excited us. We had a burger that was tasty, but we could have gotten that at another place.

Delicious and filling

I had the ginger beer kombucha and the Queen Anne’s Scotch Egg and I thought it was all very tasty and reasonably priced for the portion size. Will come back in the future for sure.

Pros: Small menu , Totally vegan, Easy to navigate to

The cheese though

Went there for a date with my SO. After seeing all the reviews and pics we were excited to say the least. The cheese platter was amazing and worth a trip. Obviously fresh and natural creations.

The rest was seriously underwhelming. Avocado fries are just wrong! We tried them, to see if such a highly rated restaurant would prove us wrong, but it proved us right.

I don’t remember what we had for mains, but I remember it was poorly executed, the food being raw or the pasta being overcooked.

Maybe the chef was having a bad day?

Pros: All vegan restaurant, Amazing cheese platter, Nice presentation

Cons: Not worth the price or the hype

Wish I could have had more

Popped in for one of their cinnamon swirl pastry’s, after looking at the menu I wish I had time during my trip to stay for a full meal because it all sounded amazing and if the cinnamon swirl was anything to go by it must have been good!!

All vegan restaurant

I had a very good spagehtti carbonara at Veginity. There were only a limited number of options but they all seemed interesting.
The staff and the vibe were nice and relax.

Pros: Nice vibe

Cons: Little bit expensive

Amazing experience overall

A nice environment, a super sweet crew. The food was amazing, beautiful presentation and delicious! I will come back to have the lemon pie that was sold out. It is a very fancy experience while being very well priced.

Perfect

I went on a friend's birthday dinner and we love the food and the service. The menu is always changing, that night we ordered a lot of food, because everything seemed amazing! I would like to mention only two things that didn't please us: the carbonara pasta because my friend thought it could have more sauce and the bacon should be cut into smaller pieces and the caramel in our dessert was burnt.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to

The menu is constantly changing so no two trips are the same. Their brunch is fantastic, try the cinnamon rolls. I've been here so many times and I've always been happy.

One of the best

This was without any doubt one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had, the carbonara with tofu bacon, which by the way, could basically be mistaken for real bacon. Contrary to what some people thought of portion size,I got a huge portion and was worried I wouldn't be able to have dessert, I managed. Everything was amazing.

Not really my thing

I had toast with onion jam and roasted pumpkin and a side salad. Wasn’t all that interesting, a bit bland. Also a pretty small portion. I really liked the kombucha though.

Exceptional Cuisine and Friendly Attentive Service

I should like to split my comments into two distinct audiences - customers and the restaurant proprietor - hope fully it will become apparent why...

Customers - should have no reservations about coming here; the food is outstandingly delicious and cooked to perfection. I had the Fettuccini Carbonara with Smokey Tofu ‘Bacon’ and Vegan Parmesan Cheese - everything about it was delicious, lick-the-plate yummy in fact. Likewise the starter dish and dessert ⭐️x5

Proprietor - for me the completely joyous experience was unfortunately marred by the cheap cutlery, and the fact that I had to ask for a spoon with which to eat the fettuccini instead of the knife supplied with, of course, a fork. I should really have knocked a star off the rating, but as the food was in truth 6 ⭐️ I guess it balances it out in the end🤷‍♂️

My best vegan restaurant

Knowing many great vegan places around the world, this is my absolute favourite! Excellent gourmet dishes, a journey of tastes and flavours, super friendly staff who are deeply committed to plant based food.

End if you feel the helpings are not filling enough: take it slow, enjoy every single byte and all its taste, and it will not only feel enough, but also transform your experience of what food can be
