Okay wow the food here was absolute perfection, the vegan cheese is homemade and just sooo creamy and satisfying. All the flavors are perfect. I see other reviews saying this place is overpriced but I personally thought it was very worth it. Excited to go back😍

Amazing - Edit
I’ve been plenty of places with Italian food. The (vegetarian, not vegan) manicotti I had here was the best pasta dish I have had in any country, better than Rome, better than any place I have ever been. The pizza was a strong A, too. My partner vouches for the vegan versions. Did not feel like he was missing out at all. They have vegan versions of basically every dish. The vegan lasagna got a good word. The chef seems like a cool guy.

We got the veggie lasagnas (vegan) and the veggie pizza (vegan), both were excellent and very light. We shared the lasagna and they split it for us without asking. The owner seemed very friendly as well as the server.

Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, outstanding service - Edit
I'd heard great things about Veggitalia here on Happy Cow and on Facebook. We finally got a chance to try this restaurant today and are so glad we did. We had gluten-free vegan pizza with veggies, manicotti, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and the service is excellent. We can't wait to go back!

Imprescindible en Puerto Vallarta - Edit
Absolutely delicious elevated vegetarian and vegan cuisine in a lovely small cafe located in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, Jal. We were all thrilled with the food and the service at this absolute gem of a restaurant. Lovely wine. Local Beers. We shared the Jean Pierre Pizza, Rigatoni Peperonata, Manicotti, and Lasagna. We finished with the vegan chocolate mousse. All HIGHLY RECOMMEND, but especially the the manicotti WOW!

Really great vegetarian and vegan food that stays true to Italian cuisine. - Edit
Really great and fresh Italian food that’s vegetarian or vegan. I had the pene pasta with a tomato sauce that had lentils in it. You could not taste to see the lentils but they not only provided protein but also the texture that makes it very Italian. The service was also great. Highly recommended.

Delicious, fresh Italian vegan/vegetarian food - Edit
I just ate lunch there and now see why they get top ratings. Everything is very fresh, very Italian and beautifully presented. I wish I had had my camera so I could show you pictures! First, a warm Italian bread drizzled with a good olive oil and the plate decorated with swirls of pesto and balsamic vinegar. Then my yummy penne primavera. Then, my waiter said the words that made my heart skip a beat: "We have a delicious chocolate vegan mousse for you." I was in heaven!
Read moreThe decor is attractive bistro style. The restaurant is easy to get to, less than a block off the main Juarez bus line...or, if you're on the malecon or visiting the Guadalupe Church, you can easily walk there. The prices seem a slight bit higher but in reality are no higher than the non-vegetarian Italian restaurants in town.
If you are vegan or vegetarian, Veggitalia is a must go. If you're not but love good Italian food, you will love it here too.
Pros: much vegan including dessert Italian owners, Easy to get to
Cons: none!

Loved the vegan antipasto! - Edit
This place was super delicious. The menu changes frequently based on the seasons and what the chef was interested in. I would guess most things could be made vegan. We requested the antipasto platter be made vegan and it came with a cheese made from coconut meat that was super good. The bolognese wasn’t also great. Definitely recommend. Cute little place.

Cute little Italian cafe in Malecon - Edit
I think this restaurant is completely vegetarian. I didn't see any meat on the menu boards, so may the status should be changed. I just had a soy latte and a vegan mousse. They also serve almond and coconut milk. the mousse was really just chocolate pudding. but it was good. I liked the place, and the staff was very kind. They served ginger water too, which may even have been the best part because it was a delightful surprise!

My friend and I visited this place twice during our stay. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, this is the place to go. Absolutely delicious. The portions have just the right size and nearly every dish can be made vegan. The Tiramisu is a must try.

What a pot of luck to find this place in PV. This restaurant is a real gem. The place is cosy and very well looked after by the visionary owner/chef Marco which created this restaurant to make a statement and he sure did. He only use the freshest ingredients daily sourced and mange to create Italian dishes true to their ruth but with a real classy twist. Highly recommended, a must when in Puerto Vallarta!

Chef Marco never disappoints! - Edit
I’ve eaten here numerous times and Marco has never disappointed. It’s a small restaurant so you’ll get that true “personal attention”. He knows I’m vegan so I ask him to prepare whatever he feels like making. When the dish arrives it’s so beautiful you don’t even want to touch it. Of course that doesn’t last too long, then the flavors completely take over. I highly recommend coming here when you’re in PV.

Delicious Italian vegetarian food - Edit
I was impressed by the taste of food in this lovely restaurant. We've ordered pizza, lasagna and tiramisu. One of the best lasagna I ever tried, so tender! Pleasant atmosphere. Not cheap, but it worth it. Menu is small, but better to have some perfect things than a lot of mediocre ones.

Fantastic! - Edit
We ordered salads, pizzas, a pasta dish, and 2 desserts. All were excellent and vegan. It's most definitely Italian food, but apparently PV is known for great Italian. This is a casual place with a changing menu. Based on our experiences, their prices were higher than others with smaller portions, but I would still go back.

Conveniently centralized by the Centro - Edit
Really delicious Italian fare. They change their menus everyday and I decided to order some food to go. I ordered sautéed mushrooms and a side toast. It wasn’t as filling as I wanted for the price that I got. But they had a really cute place and their service was great! When I’ll come back I’ll try other options!
