Ich hab in vielen schäbigen Läden gegessen. Das war nochmal next Level. Wirklich gruselig. Wir haben am Ende nur Pommes gegessen, die ungenießbar waren. Hätte am liebsten nur einen Stern gegeben.

Solid vegan options - Edit
I was hungry and curious, so I wanted to try two dishes. I got the Spicy Soup with rice, and the Vegan Burger. The waitress asked me if I was concerned about the soup being too spicy and I said I wanted to try it to see. Yes it was on the spicy side, but not tooooo spicy, especially when combined with the rice. It had a really rich taste and really hit the spot, as I wanted to nutrition and hydration that comes from a soup that has vegetables in it, as that day had been a travel day from Luang Prabang which meant I needed to be extra healthy after I arrived.
Read moreI finished about 3/5 of the soup, wanting to leave room for the veggie burger with fries. The fries were really good (see the pic). They bring a side of vegan mayo and ketchup in case you want to add. I actually asked for more ketchup and they brought me the bottle. The burger was good, but if you are hungry, maybe not enough by itself with the fries, unless you ask for two patties (which I didn't think to do).
I wish I had brought my reusable take out container for the soup, as it had a great flavor. The restaurant is open air, with seating in front and inside. Good vibe. However people thought it was OK to smoke cigarettes at the outdoor seating, and the suffocating stench wafted into the restaurant. Fortunately they had a big fan in use and I moved it and pointed it at the smokers to push their inappropriate smoke back at them.

Ordered the bolognese and was stone cold. Asked for it to be heated up and came back only slightly warmer, I guess their microwave was unplugged.

We had a very tasty lap sandwich and a pad kapao here. It was spicy enough, but not too spicy at medium. Unfortunately, you don't get the food at the same time. Our friend had his green curry 10 minutes before our dishes. Service was nice

I ordered the spring rolls, and they were cooked on the outside but still frozen inside. I called the waiter who took my order, who I think was French possibly, and told him that the spring rolls were frozen. I told him I didn't want them and sent them back. There was no apology. A few minutes later, he brought the spring rolls out again after they had been fried again even though I said I didn't want them. For the main course I ordered the tofu curry which he recommended. There was very little tofu, and mainly, the curry consisted of carrots and some type of mushroom. First time eating at this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend.

I may or may not have had a motorbike accident and come in looking like I’d been to war but they sat me down, provided great food and were very kind. At first the presentation is a bit pub style but don’t let looks deceive you as it was so good!

Very delicious green curry with rice for 80k kip which including the rice is a good price. They asked if I’d like it spicy or less spicy and I took teh spicy one which was perfect, not too hot. Had a mango smoothie as well, it was great!

The mushroom roll was tasty as hell. Filled with fried mushrooms and onions, salad and avo. Sauce options are vegan mayo or tomato ketchup. My partner enjoyed the steak and said it mimicked a thin schnitzel covered in mushroom sauce. Drinks were delicious (iced coffee with coconut milk and a fruit smoothie). All up it cost us 270,000kip and we were very satisfied. Staff were lovely too

we were very excited about the vegan steak and it turned out delicious!!! taste 100%, texture 85% (depending on how rare you like your steak) but 10000% worth the visit. Next to a lot of lao/thai dishes made from veggies with tofu they have mocked meat in Tom Yum soup, pasta bolognese (tasted like heinz curry ketchup but was okay) or lap sandwich. We will come back for this

Ate here twice as it was so good, tried a few different dishes, my favourite was the lap noodles! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and cool atmosphere. Could only see the yoghurt on menu that wasn’t vegan, the rest was all vegan.

Exceptionally tasty flavourful food, had Tom Yum which was packed with flavour and ingredients and Curry tofu which was rich and creamy. Couldn't recommend more, some of the tastiest food I had in Laos.

We ordered the larb noodles and Tom yum soup. I asked what the larb noodles came with, and they confirmed tofu. Unfortunately when it came it was full of mainly mushrooms, which unfortunately I can’t stand and barely any tofu. I felt awkward asking for them to change it but I didn’t feel it was what I ordered. They were happy to change it but the end result was a small and rather plain tofu noodle dish. The Tom yum soup was ok but nothing special. The other two veggie/vegan places in town are better.
