Many Options - Edit
The only place with many vegan options in Albania. I tried vegan seitan burger, and it was delicious though the pieces inside were dropping.😄

Lovely and friendly place - Edit
Tiny place with friendly staff and impressive menu. I had the Exotic Smoothie (with chia) and the falafel wrap for brunch. I went back the next day but it seems they are closed on Sunday. Too bad!

Delicious and cute - Edit
Cute restaurant with a cafe vibe with a really nice menu and lots of options. I was a little confused at first because all their wall slogans and art are vegan themed but the menu is actually not vegan but veggie. Still, the food was delicious. We shared a yummy tempura with dips and then I had a really good sushi salad bowl and my husband had a falaffel wrap he enjoyed a lot. Friendly service.

Nice place, good food - Edit
I went for lunch. They have just vegetarian and vegan options. Decoration is very nice. It’s a very cozy place! Food was really good although it took a little bit until we got the food. They have very good juices. I took the green one and I really loved it!

Best food we've had in Albania so far! - Edit
Nice little place. Clean, nicely decorated etc. Staff pleasant. Had the sushi burger and the sushi salad and both were delicious. The rest of the menu looked nice too so we'll probably be back.

Loved It - Edit
Came 2-3 three times while staying in Tirana for only 3 days. Meals are served from scratch, and there are plenty of options. Prices aren't bad either, although they are higher than your average place in Tirana. Do know that it's possible that only one person will be working there, and he/she will both take your order and cook, which may take longer than usual. Fortunately the place wasn't very full each time that I came. In my opinion a must for vegans in Tirana.

It was OK - Edit
I really wanted to go there before leaving Tirana, so I was walking a long distance to the restaurant. I came there at 9:40 pm, they state that they work till 11 pm. They told me that they are closed. But I asked if there is something quick I can order and I ordered falafel. But then I felt uncomfortable while eating because a person from the staff was standing over just near me, waiting when I finish.
Read moreIt is sad for me to put a lower rating – all my previous reviews on HappyCow are with maximum points because I always appreciate veg places. I felt excited before and disappointed after visiting the place. I would like to see it improved and update my review with an excellent score the next time I am in Tirana.
Recommendation: it is better to state another working hours because many people get disappointed by this.

Good food - Edit
Good food - we ate here twice and got the — chilli bowl (average) - bowl with pesto (really good)
Read more- soy mince burrito (nice) and potato burrito (amazing)
- vegan cake - said chocolate but more of a peanut butter tart. (Nice but wouldn’t reorder)
- chips (came with different sauce on 2nd night which didn’t taste vegan)
- hummus (average)
All in all a great restaurant and is the only vegetarian restaurant here so far.
Note that we went on a Wednesday at 8 and the guy said they were closed. I asked if he could help us by telling us another suitable restaurant and he said no. This was, in my opinion, very poor service due to being very limited options in the city and all their sources saying they should be open until at least 10.
Pros: Nice food, Cheap
Cons: Average service, Unpredictable closing times

Very tasty vege restaurant - Edit
My cynical friend was very dubious about the quality of the dishes when she saw the size of the menu. She felt it should be smaller so the chef was an expert at each item. I do agree, as a rule, and the menu at Veggies is substantial. However our meals were all really tasty and fresh and my friend had to eat her words.
Read moreThis is a vegetarian restaurant, not a vegan one, so make sure they know you are vegan. We arrived early, and planned to kill time, as people have mentioned it's slow, but we didn't find it slow at all. The wait was average.
Pros: Huge menu , Very tasty, A nice break from stuffed tomatoes and aubergine
Cons: Quite pricey for Albania, Not vegan, Service could have been more proactive

Best place to eat in Tirana - Edit
We were lucky because our hotel was almost next to this cute restaurant. The staff was so nice and the food is very good. They don’t use a lot unreal tasting herbs (I guess just natural herbs) so I’m sure the food is very healthy. Also it’s really not expensive!

Excellent Option in Tirana - Edit
Pros: Extensive menu (in English!), Inexpensive (in Western terms, average for Tirana), many vegan options and wholly vegetarian, food is good (the most important!)
Read moreCons: Service isn't great, food takes a while to come out, almost seems like they grabbed a bunch of recipes online and grouped them and threw them on a menu - not really a bad thing, just some of the options came out very differently from what I would have expected based on the description.

Not worth the wait - Edit
This place has a good range on the menu. But there were a couple things that need work. One being that their slogan is ‘be vegan’ but almost everything is served with cheese, you’ll have to ask without. The second being that we were the only table in the restaurant and it took over 50 minutes to get our food (wraps.... something that should take 5 minutes) AND I’m pretty sure there was cheese residue on the outer of the wrap from the toaster.

Be vegan be mine! - Edit
A very lovely place that reopened again this year and I’m very happy about it! The food is mostly vegetarian, but can be made vegan. I loved the tempura starter and noodles with tofu. I wanted to try one of the bowls but they were sold out.. well next time! The staff is very friendly and passionate about vegetarian and vegan lifestyle. Btw they have a lot of delivery orders, so you may end up waiting for your food a little.

In search of vegan food - Edit
Found this awesome restaurant after reading some articles, apparently the one and only (and so most famous) vegetarian/vegan place in Tirana.
Read moreThe place is small (seating for about 12) and cozy, I liked the open kitchen. The menu had a lot of things, some with eggs and dairy, but you could easily leave those aside. I was there around 14.00 on Saturday, there were only 2 other tables, I assumed kind of work lunch.
I ordered some stuffed mushrooms (didn't realise there was cheese) and arabic pitas with hummus as a starter and vegan cous-cous sort of main dish. Everything was beautifully served and tasted good. I would've preferred more spices/taste in my main. I don't think they used any, maybe to give credit to the taste of food itself? Which is how I usually cook veggies, which is why I prefer more taste in restaurants. I loved the place!
The waiter was super helpful filling the information and spoke good English. He even fetched me a coffee from another place as they didnt have.
Pros: Good food, Plenty of options, Cozy setting
Cons: Could be crowded
