Excellent Food / Super Friendly Staff - Edit
It is so great to see another vegan restaurant open in Tijuana, and they are getting better and better. This restaurant serves gourmet vegan food, elegantly presented, at affordable prices.The chef at this restaurant went to culinary school, so he knows what he is doing.I had a wonderful house salad with a delicious creamy dressing. The salad had a 'vegan meatball' on it made with garbanzo beans and spices. Much more delicious than a falafel ball.The Pambazo Torta is a classic Mexico city sandwich which they have veganized. They make it with mashed potatoes, soyrizo. guacamole, and spices. Really tasty!Tijuana's vegan future is looking very bright! I highly recommend this restaurant.
