First time I picked up food during the Pandemic, now I have been back already twice and I really do like their food and that I don’t have to check wether the options are really vegan😄Staff is pretty good and friendly. Make sure you have a table booked on the weekends - it’s busy!

Read moreThere was a lot of wood - on the walls, in the ceiling - and the light was warm and slightly dimmed, creating a cozy atmosphere. The dish I had was good but nothing spectacular.
I enjoyed my time at Veggie Vu and would not mind going back.

Ich fand es wirklich nicht lecker. Hatte eine Vorspeise und eine Hauptspeise und beides hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Schade, bei den vielen guten Bewertungen hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Everything on the menu is 100% vegan and super tasty! Food-wise definitely one of the best spots in Cologne for asian food.
Read moreJust the interior could be a bit more welcoming. Everything seems very plain and functional, so that it's just not super cosy to sit there. But there are plenty of locations around the corner, so you can move on after dinner. :)

Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam schnell an. Der Kellner war super freundlich und hat mir das übrig gebliebene direkt eingepackt. Meine Hauptspeise war meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz so perfekt gewürzt und es gibt keine Auswahl an Nachtisch, was ich was schade fand. Aber es lohnt sich aufjedenfall herzukommen! Die Preise waren zu dem auch gut.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the order I asked for and, while I asked the waitress about this, she answered I should just eat that, it's also tasty. As I don't have specific allergies or so, I tried the surprise plate I got.
She was right on that point, my food was very good but, hopefully, next time I get what I actually ask for.
And if there is a mistake, that they or, correct it or, give a discount or whatever they can do to show that the customer's choices are important to them.

The different dishes I tried here were absolutely satisfying in taste and quantity. The service takes some time to pick up the order and once we were told the dish was complete, when clearly something was missing that was on the menu.

I was overwhelmed with the choice of vegan food in Cologne and eventually chose to eat here. The food was delicious and I took recommendations from the waitress. The soup to start was amazing followed by tofu in a peanut dipping sauce for my main. Would definitely recommend!

Really good food! Nice location in de middle of the Belgian neighborhood. Inside is a bit traditional/outdated interior but who cares when the food is great?
Read moreService was fine, but people didn’t really speak English, we got other dishes then we order (in German) but which were still great so fine, and they miscalculated our bill (which they do by hand and only with numbers) so they charged quite a bit more. But all and all friendly people and mistakes can always happen.

The selection of dishes is good and the prices are reasonable. The food is good, but not great; I expected a little more but would go there again maybe. All in all recommendable. And the best thing about it: everything is vegan!
