No burgers, complicated menu and lots of items missing - Edit
They changed the menu and don't have burgers anymore😒The menu is sorta translated into English but not clear what can be part of the "Set 1/2" and what not. Lots of dishes not available/ missing. Staff doesn't speak English. It was busy and I didn't have a reservation so I had to sit outside in the afternoon heat.

Lovely all vegan place! - Edit
I REALLY enjoyed the vegan Takoyaki balls made with mushrooms! My iced latte was also delicious. Staff was super nice and helpful. The menu didn’t have English but had lots of pictures, you can also use any pics you find on google or here😄came on a Sunday and it started filling up, people made reservations so maybe call before you go!

Favorite all-vegan spot in Taipei - Edit
Recently, a friend asked what my favorite all-vegan restaurant in Taipei was, and I responded Veggie Sun. Why? It offers a nice variety of both Eastern (mostly Japanese) and Western (burgers and sandwiches) dishes, as well as drinks and desserts. It’s also one of the few places that has tempeh. But not only that: they’re also reasonably priced. The rice bowls automatically come with a soup and fruit, which make them the more filling option. If you order a burger or sandwich, you’ll need to pay for an upgrade to get a salad and fruit. The fried tempeh is nice, as well as their shoestring fries. I want to try their tiramisu and chocolate pie next time!

Yummy amazing food! - Edit
Such amazing food and staff, the location is off tho. It translates to “veggie sun” and has a blue sign out front. If you copy and paste the Chinese name into maps it should get you to the right location.

Cons: A little more pricey but worth it!

Great New Vegan Restaurant - Edit
What a delightful new addition to the Taipei vegan scene. The food and atmosphere reminds me a little of the (now-closed) About Animals, but without the activist focus.
Read moreIts also excellent value, with set meals from around NT$200.
My burger patty appeared to have been hand made from tofu, quinoa and other whole foods.
Staff are friendly, and it has a nice vibe.
It's a pity it's a long way from central Taipei (but good for people out here!). But if you are coming into Taipei, I recommend just getting off at Songshan Station. Then transfer to the green line at Songshan Station and it's one stop.
It's Google Map location isn't quite right. I'll update it.
Searching for the Chinese name in Google Maps works.
Pros: delicious food, all vegan., friendly staff and nice vibe inside, wooden tables, reasonable prices
