A must when in Hongkong! - Edit
First of all it’s fully Vegan - Appreciate it so much
Read moreI so happy not to worry about animal products being sneaked into my meal!
The owner is also vegan so even better to dine in a true ethical right restaurant
Located on 10th floor and easy to find
The menu is a trip around the world and every dish I tried was made to perfection!
I have been to all the places were the dishes originate from so know what they should taste like
Service is like in the states: very friendly and has an eye for details. Refilled infused water permanently
They have a minimum spend and also add 10% service fyi
Here’s what I ordered:
- Chicken Made out banana blossom
Is impressive
The texture is intense and the flavour is light, but still to the point. There’s nothing about this dish I would change!
- Peking wraps with duck
Fully vegan crispy and I am sure anyone would love this! Served with Hoi sin sauce
- a trip to Bali
I was missing Indonesian food so much.
I have been a couple of times in Indonesia and love their cuisine. I am not good at cooking it, so like to eat Indonesian food whenever I can and it’s good! And this is so good 😊
A beautiful selection: Tofu, meat skewer (yuuum 😋 ), peanut sauce 🥜
Coconut over rice 🍚 could be more warm the coconut milk
Banana 🍌 for me only decor 😂
Gado Gado salad 🥗
there’s not a thing to miss!
Best dining experience in Hongkong

Cash only (and Octopus and FPS), but well worth a trip to the ATM beforehand. Fun ambience, great food, good drinks (soy shakes and mocktails), and good location.

Good experience but not perfect - Edit
Great that it’s all vegan, but a lot of vegan meats on offer and some dishes that are pretty much just vegan meats with a sauce. These dishes might be just what some people want, but it was a little lazy and also not particularly healthy imo. Still, the food tasted nice and the laksa in particular was very tasty.
Read moreThe concept of the restaurant is kinda strange, because the decor is styled on old school America, yet the food (besides burger offerings) is mostly east/se Asian. It’s also super dark inside. We were sat next to a big kinda ledge and it was impossible to see the menu. We had to use our phone torches, and we also saw others doing this in the better lighted areas. Seems like quite an oversight not to just turn the lights up!
Hard to say how expensive it was bc everything in hk is so expensive that is blows my mind. Pretty good overall but I’d imagine there are better options elsewhere, and in future I’d rather explore other options rather than returning.
Pros: Unique and varied menu, Laksa, All vegan
Cons: Proper dark, Lot of vegan meats

The pictures are bright, thanks to my phone lmao, but the overall atmosphere is so dark that you don't know what you are eating...

Great overall experience - Edit
Having been already to a place where you can only eat if you're a member, I had no problem of signing up. But the downside to that is that you cannot pay by card. Nevertheless, once arrived at the floor it lets people know on a sign saying "cash only" that cannot be overlooked.
Read moreI was amazed by the lavish, American-style decoration and the comforting atmosphere it created together with the music. If only the air-conditioning wasn't working at full throttle , I'd even say it was a warm atmosphere.
The speed and attention of the staff was astounding.
I also spoke to the manager of the restaurant who is a really nice guy and committed to the cause. Thanks for the great experience!
Pros: Cozy atmosphere , Food variety, Service overall
Cons: Aircon too low, Directions are not right, No card payment

I went during lunch time so got a free drink and soup.
Read moreOrdered laksa curry. It was good. Had an ice fruit tea and the soup was tomato.
In an office building. GPS in hk is useless so arrived 30m before closing and was a bit rushed by staff. The uber dropped us wrong place and we were visitors not familiar with hk.
Cannot fault the food. Would go again. The place is like a museum.

Great fresh food, a little pricey - Edit
The food was really fresh and delicious. A nice atmosphere, with an odd collection of American stuff. It seemed a bit pricey but that might just be Hong Kong prices

1950s American Themed Restaurant with Great Food - Edit
A really neat atmosphere with a range of food items from burgers to more traditional Asian dishes. We enjoyed the KFC appetizer and the curry peanut rice dish.

Wow - Edit
The lift doors open and you have entered a whole new world. What a cool, quirky place filled with endlessly fascinating detail. The staff were lovely and the food was pretty delicious and well presented. I had the Indonesian set which was compromised of many separately placed items of food on a banana leaf. The dessert of a hot gooey chocolate cake with chocolate icecream was perfect for sharing. I want to go back and try more things on the menu.

So good! - Edit
Wow - the burgers. I had the kobe's favorite burger (I think that was the name) which was a bbq sauce style burger and I got extra cheese. It was amazing. The wedges and salad on the side are nice too. The staff are really nice and fill up your water frequently. The decor is cool and overall the atmosphere is very nice. I'd definitely come back if I visit hong kong again. It's on the 10th floor (I think) of the building. It seems to have lots of other restaurants too. When you walk in just get in the lift and find Veggie 4 love on the list.

Great! - Edit
I enjoyed my dinner here! It was my first night in Hong Kong so I wanted Asian food. I got the "Oakland Breeze," which was delicious and not too heavy. The strawberry milkshake was so good!
Read moreFor dessert I had the chocolate souffle, which was tasty but a bit generic (it was the only dessert available that night).

50’s American decor diner with a wide variety of vegan food. Service is slow. It’s hard to get a table. But we’ll worth the wait. I particularly love the Trip to Bali Indonesian Gado Gado salad with fried tofu, cashew nuts, fried soy goodies served with coconut rice.

Back to the previous century - Edit
It was quite challenging to find this place, since the restaurant is located on a floor in a big building. You need to take the elevator, once on the right floor, you step immediately into the restaurant. Felt like going back to the 20th century with the retro interior. You could see they put effort into this place :)
Read moreLots of options. The food is okay, but not mind blowing. We got a soup of the house as a starter, we didn’t finish it because it was already chilled once we got it. The burger was tasty, but we expected more of the sweet potato fries.
Overall cool experience, but enough just for one time. Too expensive for what you get, in my opinion.
Keep in mind they close during the middle of the day (15:00-17:30), so a late lunch is not quite possible.

Best hearty vegan food and good ambience - Edit
I went there two times, the first one we shared almost all of the mains and every single dish was delicious but specially the indonesian one was a pleasure to the palate. The moulden cakes were also super good. We also loved how friendly the staff were and how beautifuly decorated it is, its a place where you feel cozy and confortable which is not that common in Hong Kong

great burgers, atmosphere and service - Edit
Was very happy when I learned that this place changed from being vegetarian to fully vegan many years ago! Recently they changed owner and name (in late 2021) but they kept the vegan concept and same menu and style.
Read moreBeen here many times with omni friends. It seems to be a place they all want to check out, due to good quality food, and awesome old style San Francisco decor.
Tried various items. The "I am Fabulous" burger is delicious!!! Not cheap - burger is approx HKD 170 plus service, but it is big and comes with wedges and salad. Enjoyed Trip To Bali too.. They also have a great Chocolate Molten cake!
Everything I've tried has been good and it's a great atmosphere.
It's cash only and you need to book.

Great food! - Edit
A neat hip place, with great food. The Indonesian meal is my favourite, and the Korean Fried “Chicken” is delicious. I’ve been told the burgers are good too. $150 minimum spend. Friendly staff. Prices are highish, but not insultingly high, ans I guess pretty standard in Hong Kong. About 140-160 for a main, and 50-80 for a starter. Cash only! I would recommend booking ahead.

Cute vintage American style! - Edit
I went there with my family last month and it was very nice, the decor is very atmospheric, great vibes. The staff are nice and they gave us complimentary tomato soup. They also do homemade potato wedges which taste really good 👍. If only they did vegan milkshakes! They would complete the experience.
Read moreDon’t order the scallops and the Portabella mushroom starters at the same time they’re very similar. In my opinion the fake scallops are better as they have such a nice sauce.
