Si de verdad quieres disfrutar de una buena comida vegana y muy sabrosa, este es tu lugar, la verdad que no deja de sorprendernos con nuevos platos fuera de carta y nuevos postres, llevamos viniendo mucho tiempo y aún es un restaurante que nos sorprende gratamente ocasión tras ocasión. Nice people but there wasn’t any actually healthy choice available. My food was drenched in seed oil and I felt ill afterwards. It wasn’t cheap neither. I don’t understand what they’re doing. I did nevertheless appreciate the fact that they fed an immigrant that asked for food.

Booked for lunch here during a recent visit to Tenerife. It's such a sweet place - nicely decorated, bright and cheerful feeling! The service was lovely and the food delicious. We were starving and excited to find an all-vegan restaurant - so naturally I forgot to take photos(!), but we shared a bread/veggies/falafel/dips platter to start, then had a veggie burger and a special of the day, which was some weird but super tasty fillets served with potatoes and salad! Delicious and all felt really fresh and made with love!

The menu includes some dishes of the day and different appetisers, salads, ad main dishes, as well as many desserts that changes daily, hot and cold beverages (freshly made lemonade).
We choose Papas Locas as appetiser, as the waiter was kind enough to tell us that the preparation of one of the dishes we asked for would take about 20 minutes.
Papas Locas are fried Lanzarote potato wedges, topped with vegan cheese, caramelised onion, and sauces (vegan mayo, vegan bbq and something else I could not remember, sorry!).
Then I had Pad Thai, with was absolutely rich, creamy, tasty and very abundant! It contained tofu, many vegetables and an incredibly amazing creamy peanut sauce. I couldn't finish the dish and that's why I asked to take away the leftovers; they used an ecological disposable bowl, with its lid, so they gained an extra point for this!
My partner had the Risotto, with mushrooms, courgettes and nutritional yeast, that was so good.
The portions were very generous and unfortunately we did't have enough space for desserts.
While we stayed there entered other clients, some asking for just a dessert and a hot beverage.
Other extra points: they have a few wooden toys to entertain the children and a huge, inclusive, nicely decorated, very clean toilet.
Pros: tasty, freshly made vegan food, nice ambiance and staff
Cons: we went out we smelled of fried food

Estuvimos en Tenerife una semana y comimos en sitios muy variados. Veggie Penguin fue sin duda el que más nos gustó. El risotto estaba espectacular y el trato fue ejemplar. Parada obligatoria para todos los veganos que visiten la isla.
