Read moreCertain items are pricey but if you go for the set meal for 16.50 euros you get a drink of the day, pie of the day, main meal of the day, dessert of the day and a coffee. Food was amazing, veganised Portuguese dishes etc. Would really recommend checking this place out. The coconut pie is to die for 🤤

We tried Veggie Momi today and got the dishes of the day deal where you get the dish of the days, pie of the day, drink of the day, cake of the day and a coffee for €16.50. Safe to say it was a good choice as we got a traditional portugese vegan version of Bacalhu á Bràs, a homemade sausage roll (as pie replacement as sold out), tutti frutti drink and choclate cake.

Very nice place that we found, thanks to the HappyCow app! Very grateful for that. The restaurant js a bit small (3 tables outside and 2 indoors) and a little bit out of the centre, we had to use google maps (500-600 meters from the main centre). But totally worth it! You can choose multiple starters, snacks, main courses and desserts. Very nice variety of things to eat. Will definitely visit again!

The owner was more than accomodating and helpful when we popped in for some advice. We ended up going back 3 times in our 5 day stay and each time was better than the last. We had the pizza and 2 of the burgers and it seems to be the only place nearby to get vegan junk food and it was definitely worth the money. They also have healthy options on the menu but as we were on holiday we opted to sample the nicest sounding foods

The owner was lovely, and very well informed and passionate about veganism, however, the cafe was tiny with hardly any tables, tiny kitchen and toilet that had no toilet paper or anything to dry hands on.
Read moreThe burgers were tasty, but came with salad and veg crisps, no fries and were 16€ each, which I think is fairly expensive for burgers that were out of a packet.
The service wasn’t great, we were there for over an hour and a half, and most of that time was taken up waiting to order, waiting for our food and waiting to pay.
Was really looking forward to trying a Pastel de nata as I haven’t found a vegan one anywhere yet, but was told that they are only in on Fridays and Saturdays, which was no help to me on a Wednesday.
Whole menu was vegan, so it was easy to order from, but for me it was very expensive for what I got.

Amazing 100% vegan café/restaurant with plenty of delicious food to choose from. We went twice in the space of 3 days it was that good. The veganised pastel de nata’s that she makes are super nice, along with everything else we tried. The Momi Burger was next level! She is vegan for the animals too so it adds that extra something on top!

I ate here many times during my stay and everything I had was great. My favorites were the breakfast tofu scramble and the “meat” potatoes and rice dish. The owner and her sons are so amazing. She is knowledgeable beyond words and is a true advocate. Vegan crew!!!!!

We finally made it out here on our last day, for some lunch. We loved the vibe of the place, and the owner and her son were very warm and welcoming. We loved it so much we found them on Uber Eats (search 'veggiemomi') and had dinner whilst we packed!!

The staff is very nice! They offer lasagnas, pizzas, burgers, wraps and so on. They also have vegan English Breakfast and vegan version of traditional foods. Strongly recommend it!

A lot of different type of dishes available on the menu. Both sweet and savory. I can really recommend the home made burgers and coconut cake. Owner was also very nice and friendly, the place had a great atmosphere because of that. She will answer any questions you have and tell you anything you want to know about the food.

The owner was lovely and welcoming and chatted a lot with us about all sorts. We went for the menu of the day and the food was ok, some bits were very nice and some were just ok. I feel a bit bad saying as she was so nice but thats an honest review. Having said that because some of it was so nice and there was only her running the wjole place i have no doubt she is a very good cook but maybe the menu is just too big to ensure everything is amazing!
