Est. October 2023. Portuguese food take-away in the Caster Galleries. Offers a daily changing menu, including a soup, dessert and extra orders provided a 24-hour notice. Trains in the vegan area and still serve dinners, theme lunches and brunch on marking. All dishes, or in this case marmites, are accompanied by healthy carbohydrates such as pasta, whole rice, salads or vegetables. Open Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00, Sat 10:00-14:00. Closed some Sundays.

Best vegan option around - Edit
The restaurant does not exist anymore BUT Maria makes and sends out delicious 100% vegan food by delivery or pickup at a nearby location. Just get in contact with her via Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook. It's all linked here on HappyCow. She'll send you the weekly menu :).

Excellent takeaway! - Edit
We arrived at this vegan restaurant in Ovar, which turned out to be more of a cooking school than a typical restaurant. It was almost 1 p.m., and the place was closed, but when we knocked on the door, Maria herself greeted us with a warm smile. She explained that the food is usually available for takeaway, with orders placed in advance. Since we were just passing through the city and had come specifically for the food, she kindly prepared three delicious takeaway meals for us. We went back to pick them up 20 minutes later, and the food exceeded our expectations. The meals were incredibly nutritious, flavorful, and full of delicious spices. Maria was not only talented but also very kind and helpful. We had a lovely conversation with her, and we will definitely return whenever we pass through Ovar. Every day features a different dish, and we can’t wait to try more!

Cheguei enganado. Achava que era um restaurante, mas só vende em take-away. Ainda assim, fui muito bem tratado e acabei por levar uma refeição. A comida é absolutamente incrível, com um sabor bem apurado. Recomendo, mesmo que tenham de comer no banco do jardim.
