Great food, fast service - Edit
I showed up at lunch after an exhausting morning that started at 3 am. I was hungry and in a hurry, and they had my food ready in 5 minutes. The Thai green curry was delicious and nicely spicy, and I also enjoyed the Vegas sushi roll. Definitely check this place out if you’re in Salt Lake. #Veganuary

Almost No Sauces - Edit
I was shocked to get my sweet & sour dish with almost no sauce even on it. It was mostly just a thin coating on the tofu pieces and thats it! So thinking that they must have messed up, another day I got another dish and was VERY CLEAR with the cashier that I wanted quite a bit of extra sauce. She agreed, then when I opened the food at open it had EVEN LESS SAUCE than the first time😒Very disappointing. Especially with how overpriced the food is they really need to step up their game and also follow simple instructions. Save your money and go to Veggie Bowl.

All the food is made to order, fresh, locally sourced and settles very well in the body. If you’re in town I’d recommend the Vegas Roll. Their food is INSANELY good!!!

I gotta admit I was really surprised to find so many great reviews. I’ve tried a lot of vegan pho, my favorite from Utah is probably from All Chay. I gotta say the one at Veggie House doesn’t compete at all, but I didn’t expect it to be as good as All Chay’s. However I also wasn’t a fan of any other items I ordered, to me everything was pretty mediocre or bland. Tried shrimp fried rice, just oily. The string beans with beef in black bean sauce definitely need a stronger sauce. The sushi was ok, spicy tuna was my fav, but I’ve had much better in LA and SF so I’m a tough critic, but hey it’s vegan Sushi in Utah. Overall I’d probably just go to All Chay if I wanted pho, and pass on the sushi.

Really delicious sushi and great eggplant stir-fry! The sweet and sour dish was a miss, however. My partner and I were also excited to try their vegan chicken, but they were out when we got there so we had to go with tofu. The woman who took our order and served us was pretty stand-offish.

We don’t have many vegan sushi options near home so we made a special trip to try Veggie House. It was absolutely worth it! We got the Vegas roll, spicy tuna roll, spicy mango roll, and the deep fried tofu. We were so happy with all of the rolls! The deep fried tofu was delicious and we really enjoyed the dipping sauce it came with. We will definitely be coming here again.

Many of us know the loss of certain foods when we decide to go vegan. For me, a sushi dinner with friends was always a special festive occasion. Thanks to happy cow, I discovered Veggie House yesterday. The place is small and nothing fancy, but staff was super friendly, prices are reasonable, menu is extensive, and their sushi is delicious!

On a road trip there isn’t been many hot food items on the road. Was actually looking at another plant based spot but it was closed and I was hangry. I ordered online and waited for my time. I went in at my time and my food wasn’t ready they had not started. She worked quickly to get my order ready and offer me a beverage as I waited. Customer service is amazing in the place highly recommend!

I was a little confused since they are listed as vegetarian and vegan, but the lady at the counter was so helpful and reassured us! The orange chicken took me back to Panda Express days! The beef lo me in and the chicken fried rice were amazing! My boyfriend got the Vegas roll and said it was top notch. They also let us sample the tempura veggies and I wish we had ordered it! It was my favorite thing for sure(: we can’t wait to go back!

The Vegas roll is their biggest seller: it’s a deep fried sushi roll that’s on the sweeter side. Also very good. They were struggling a bit in their kitchen and even gave us an extra roll.
The lo mein was savory and kind of watery (as opposed to thick and saucy). Still good! Probably wouldn’t order it again, but only because the menu has other amazing options. I definitely didn’t regret it.
Sweet and sour/orange chicken tasted exactly like they should. Don’t miss out.
Veggie tempura was a massive serving size!

My boyfriend and I grabbed takeout from here after hearing good things. To be honest it was very disappointing. The papaya salad and green beans in black bean sauce were not flavorful. The green bean dish was mostly peppers and onions. The sushi roll we got was good. They were very nice and the food was quick.

My uncle is an avid meat eater, but we ordered in food from Veggie House and he couldn’t stop mentioning how delicious it was. The “egg” rolls are so good as well and I love them with the orange sauce. There are many good options to satisfy anyone and everyone!
