This place has a big menu to choose from and the fake meat is good for those who miss the texture of meat

The fusion is what I am looking for. I was happy to find a quinoa salad, right up my alley. Then there was the tofu skin roll, made on the premises and the delicious signature rice noodles. There's lots to choose from, so I'll be heading back for sure.
Pros: Fusion and traditional, great service, freshly prepared
