I had the CALI CHICK'N WRAP and my husband had the STEAK FAJITA QUESADILLA and both were sooooo yummy. Generous portion sizes, good value, great location and super friendly service. The perfect place for a quick and simple lunch!

We got a salad and a chicken sandwich. Both were good!

I’m so grateful for this place. Was completely vegan, meaning I don’t have to say no this no that and modify dishes just to get something vegan. Staff was super nice too and the food came out fresh and fast! I will be back.

Loved veggie grill, super chill and calm atmosphere and 100% vegan menu with lots of nice options at a reasonable price. Food was a bit less spicy than I prefer and could use a bit more seasoning but overall very good and satisfying😄

Was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever gotten, couldn’t even finish it after taking one bite. The ingredients were far from fresh and it was severely under seasoned. Also be warned that this is actually just Veggie Grill selling Mexican food.

While visiting Portland I was thrilled to find this gem with reasonable prices, good service and a delicious loaded burrito. Put in a request to have them open up in Vancouver. Very laid back environment.

Big menu, fast and friendly service. I actually crave their Caesar salad with tempeh. This particular branch in Portland has the MasVeggies vegan Mexican food offerings as well. We got the buffalo Chik'en tenders with ranch, soooo good. And Caulibowl was delicious as well although pretty heavy on the calories. The gluten-free romain Caesar salad with Tempeh and the mixed greens Caesar with tempeh was as good as expected. The restaurant itself is fairly comfortable but we got it to go back to the hotel.

Read moreI do not think we have Veggie Grill in Canada and I wanted to try this 'vegan Fast-food chain'. I wrongly assumed that they served things on disposable items but I was pleased when told that if I eat in everything is reusable. Nice (I had left my plate at home).
They were able to serve my burger on a gluten-free bun and I noticed that the sales clerk went to the back to ensure that my sweet potatoes were processed to be gluten-free. Nice but unsure what that was.
The sweet potato fries were very good with the aioli dip. The Beyond Burger was so-so. They need to amp that flavour profile a bit to make it tasty because it was pretty bland.

Took a lovely walk downtown to Veggie Grill. I’ve been here a few times and it’s seems the menu changes from time to time. My partner and I got the fish tacos for an appetizer and we both loved them. We also shared the crab cake sandwich and Chinese chicken salad. I enjoyed both. Everything came out very fast and tasted very fresh.

Whilst you get your food quickly, the quality is miles above normal fast food options. There is so much choice it's amazing. We had the smokehouse burger, santa fe chicken burger, bbq wings, and home-made lemonade, and loved it all!

I used to go to this place, or get take-out, frequently, with my family. We took a break from eating out during the hardest times of the pandemic and only recently returned to VG. We were super disappointed. The menu is much smaller than it used to be, less adventurous and more basic. At the same time, kind of random. Something that seemed to be taco-salad-like had weird herbs in it. They didn't have the sauce my kid asked for so the burger was just kinda dry. They left stuff out of the order. And lunch for 5 ended up being $80. I called and complained, but I had to go back to the restaurant for a refund. The staff were super nice and apologetic, but our lunch was still expensive and disappointing. I don't like writing bad reviews, but people should know what to expect.

I have been to this Veggie Grill once, with my family of five. The kids were very satisfied with the kids menu items, and I was very satisfied with the variety and quality of adult food, too. I particularly loved that I could order my "sandwich" on a bed of kale instead of a bun, since I'm not such a huge fan of lots of gluten and carbs. The drink choices were awesome, too, offering a couple kind of lemonades and a few different iced teas. Finally I don't have to have the "soda or not" conversation with the kids. The lemonades were delicious and easy enough to add a little water so the kids weren't overwhelmed with sugar. The atmosphere was really great for my family, too; the staff was kind and attentive and I felt my kids were welcome, but it wasn't a crazy screamy free-for-all like some kid-friendly restaurants.
