Lots of choice in this alternative almost fast food kind of vegan place. You can eat here for cheap and the quality is good. Love to go here for a quick lunch.

Pros: Fast, Cheap, Lots of choice

Muito bom! - Edit

Big menu of the day - Edit

Had lunch a few times here and got the menu of the day, which is very diverse and you can choose from a lot of options. The food was tasty. The menu of the day is pretty big and if you choose the Thali, it will be a big challenge to eat it all, you also have desert after. :)

The juices are also very good.
One time I ate one of their burgers, it was ok, but too dry, I felt like I had to drink some liquid with every bite.

The staff was very nice.

I will surely go to Veggie Garden again.

Pros: Nice staff, Acceptable prices, Good food

Cons: Seating could be more comfortable

Food was nice service wasn’t - Edit

Went into veggie garden yesterday the weather had been awful all day we walked in got sat by the front door where it was freezing not a very cosy environment, as our food came out looked like they started to clean the drains there was a lot of work
Going on and they turned the music off, me and my partner felt very uncomfortable, felt ignored the whole time Our finished food and dirty plates were left on the table, we asked for the bill we waited a while to receive it and then longer to pay, I wouldn’t return.

Pros: Good food , Good price

Cons: Bad service , Unkept decor , Cold/gloomy

Good menus for a very cheap prize - Edit

The menus are cheap and the dishes are awesome with some of the food including indian dishes. One of the best restaurants in Barcelona if you're looking for a cheap one and wanna avoid fast-food vegan burguers.

Great price for good food - Edit

I got the "mini meal" which is a choice of a main and comes with the juice of the day. I chose the Thali meal which is 1 curry, 2 dahls, basmati rice, and "snacks" which consisted of a few potatoes and crispy bread with a spicy mayo-like dipping sauce. It was very delicious and very filling. What I was most impressed with was the quantity and quality of food for the price. The menu was extensive, it was hard to choose what to order (in a good way).

Pros: Tasty Indian food, Great value, Extensive menu

Super fast and delicious - Edit

The menu is HUGE, tons of selection, super yummy food, that came fast. Really recommend if you are looking for good, fast, and relatively cheap Indian vegan food in Barcelona. Really fun and colorful atmosphere. Place is great for non vegans as well. My omni friends were really impressed, and said they didn't even miss the meat!

Veggie Garden - Great Value in Barcelona - Edit

We were in Barcelona a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed three meals in Veggie Garden.

The restaurant is completely vegan, which is great. The decor is bright and cheerful, very bright!

My partner chose the Thali each visit, and enjoyed it, although, naturally enough, not every curry was precisely to his taste. My daughter also chose the Thali, and finished off my partner's too:) I think the price was just under 7 euros for the platter.

I opted for a salad as I'm gluten free, and there wasn't much else for me as a stomach virus has left me unable to eat spicy food - you have no idea of the torment that causes when others are tucking into something that I would love to be sharing! However ... there are some lovely salads, and since I was hankering after some tofu, i chose the tofu salad for a couple of days, and asked them to swap around the sauces to give me some variety - which they happily did.

Great value for money, lovely staff and we'll be back again next year - can't say fairer than that, can we?

Pros: all vegan, friendly, lots of choice

Cons: limited choice for gluten free diet

wouldn’t go again - Edit

I ordered hummus for starters, we were given bread and four chopped up old pieces of carrot. The bread was old and very dry to the point it crumbled in my hands. The hummus was bland and seemed as if they whisked it as it had a lot of air in it.

We had thali for our main course, two vegetable curries and a Dahl. Apart from one curry they were tasted bland, and in top of that were all watery and oily. It was served with rice and a broken up piece of popadom and dip. It was served on a cold tray cooling down the food quickly

For desert I had apple crumble served cold in a tiny tin. It was too sugary and didn’t have much texture.

The staff were very nice and the decoration was great! By this place isn’t really for me, I would prefer to eat somewhere else.

Pros: good service, nice decoration

Cons: bad food

Was OK - Edit

Everything was generally good, the staff, the locale, a very varied menu and everything's vegan at great prices. We had the hummus, cream of cauliflower soup, some seitan scallop dish and a thali. We found the food not to be such great quality. The hummus was watered down, the scallop dish was two massive slabs of prepared seitan with two roasted potato wedges and a small handful of cooked vegetables which was much too heavy. This dish was cold. The thali was incredibly salty and quite oily. Overall the food was very heavy, salty and not all that great. Maybe their salads are better. The apple cake desert is ok.

If you don't mind heavy and salty food you may enjoy this place.

Good vegan food - Edit

The menu is extensive, with plates ranging from indian/nepalese dishes, to burgers and tapas.
However, the dessert menu is something they could improve, as it had very simple and uninteresting things.

I had the tofu/oyster mushroom dish, which was good; but nothing memorable. Portions were fair to the price, and ingredients.

The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but a bit cold.

In general, I liked it; but next time I'm in Barcelona it won't be my first choice.

Decent food but not very happy with it - Edit

The food is decent, the prices are okay. Not very nice music, too loud. We asked the smoothie without a straw (they are horrible for the environment and the animals) but they brought it with one anyway. I love that it is 100% vegan though.

Pros: Everything vegan, good prices

Cons: Stressful inside, stuff not very attentive

Very delicious - Edit

Nice curry place - Edit

Serves mainly Indian-style food, though that's probably a misnomer as they take their inspiration from Nepal. Good and inexpensive food, I had a thali, juice smoothie and coffee for less than 15 euros.

Pros: Inexpensive, lots of vegan food, alternate hippy vibe

Cons: Less choice if you don't like spicy food
