There are better choices elsewhere - Edit

I have used Veggie Fellas since they opened , in the beginning there was a great Vegan choice and the food was full of flavour. Unfortunately over time things have been taken off the menu and simple things like nachos which could be vegan are not. Having spoke to the manager to address this they will not change there supplier. One time I had a drink missing from my order and I live 7 minutes away, I asked if someone could bring my drink to my address and I was willing to wait, I had to speak to the person in charge who told me they were too busy, I said I will cone down and collect it, they said next time you order we will give you the drink. There whole approach to customer service is wrong. Recently ordered a mixed grill from them and it was lacking in vegetables, only one type of vegan meat and it had changed flavour. I ordered fries and was given oven chips which were rubbery wont be using veggie fellas again, there are better food outlets I get my food from now.

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Bad customer service , Keep taking vegan options off the menu, Not impressed with the food

Absolutely amazing and delicious food. Gorgeous pizza and so many options to choose from! Will definitely use again.

Best place for vegans - Edit

Best Vegan place in Walsall if you haven't tried it, your missing out. I can't understand the negative review that other person has left, they have also left it on Google, terrible person dissing a Vegan place, not many around and won't be if you Diss them. Keep up the excellent work veggie fellas love your Birmingham branch too, very big place and clean !

Pros: Polite staff, Amazing pizza, Clean place, ideal for kids.

NEVER AGAIN - Edit

I was really excited finding out that there are vegan places local to me however was really disappointed.
Firstly, vegan fish n chips. I was really confused when I had tried it I thought it was bread. It was very chewy and tasted like wet bread.

I had also brought a chilli chicken wrap. It was meant to be a meal so should have come with a drink that I didn't get. It was very salty not much flavour with soggy bread.

I had ordered pizza when it had £7.99 for any size pizza. Vegan pizzas are generally more pricy. Was probably the most edible item that I had ordered but still would never buy it again. The cheese was way too much and overpowering, wish it had more veg and the dough was undercooked.

Overall, the only nice thing was the chips and fries. But all of that for £25 was not worth it.

Thought it would at least be decent with the number of positive reviews they had on google. I don't know if it were because they were busy but I don't think I will ever go there again
