Best Hakka Lei Cha - Edit

ie Cafe is part of ie Organic Health Food Centre in Pulau Tikus. We love this place, primarily because they serve the best Hakka Lei Cha (Thunder Rice) in Penang (we think). Plenty of fresh herbs makes it so tasty and alive.



Pros: Excellent food, Can do organic food shopping and eat in one place, Nice and friendly atmosphere
