I don't know what I would do without this shop - Edit
It's a nice place for those looking for healthy snacks, soy milk, non-dairy yoghurts and sweets, tofu, meat substitutes, grain, beans, flour and other vegan stuff which is pretty hard to find elsewhere in Minsk. This is not only an online store but an actual shop where you can take a look at everything. It's conveniently located near the subway station. Not all goods are vegan though, some contain milk and honey. The website is in Russian only.

Pros: good location, great range of products, tasty meat and dairy substitutes
Cons: prices are quite high, staff is not always competent, website is often not up-to-date

Single vegan store in Minsk - Edit
The only place where you can find vegan products: milk, meat substitutes, vegan bars, yogurt, chocolate paste, sour cream, sweets, tofu and so on.
Also sell baking own production. However, not always vegan (in the composition can be milk, honey).
Pros: choice of products, location
Cons: high prices
