Vegan feijoada - Edit
Vegethus is a great option for vegan lunch buffet in the central area of Rua Haddock Lobo. The buffet includes many Brazilian and international dishes, and offers daily a full vegan feijoada including farofa and cabbage. The food is very good and the restaurant itself is colourful and welcoming.

YUMMM!!! - Edit
It's the best meal we've had in Sao Paulo so far. Delicious. The prices were pretty good considering how expensive this city is. The people were very nice. And there is a little shop with many goodies and books and tons of chocolate. EVERYTHING IS VEGAN. The deserts were delicious- try the banana cake, best in my life. The house is pretty nice... It's too bad it was such a cold night, because the tables outside were very cute. If it is cold then take a good sweater with you because, as most restaurants in Sao Paulo, it is not prepared for cold weather. The neighborhood is gorgeous, so you can go out for a walk if it's not too late. There is a street one block away called Augusta which has bars and clubs and we were told to go walk there which we did for about 10min but we did not feel it was very safe, it was late and cold, so we came back to the hotel. HAD A GREAT NIGHT!!!!!!! GOING BACK FOR SURE!!!!! I'M A VERY HAPPY COW TONIGHT!! ;)

Lunchtime buffet is good - Edit
I agree with the other reviewer...the lunchtime buffet is indeed good (though I've never tried their pizza). They have a good variety of food--various vegan lasagnas, rice and beans, salad items, soups, among others. If you like desserts, you'll be in heaven, as they have quite a number of them included in the buffet. The only thing oddly missing from the buffet was bread (maybe they ran out?)--especially given they had hummus dip (but nothing to dip it with). I liked their melon-pineapple juice.

Cons: no bread?, a little pricey

Great buffet, free wi-fi - Edit
Went one lunchtime, was quite quiet, many options including lots of soy-meat stews, salads and desserts. Pay by the kilo (R$34), or for an unlimited selection including fruit juice (R$24).
Read moreThe place has a small health food store attached, including a coffee and sandwich bar, open until 8pm. It is also open on Friday and Saturday evenings. I just had the misfortune to try their pizza night, and rather wish I hadn't. Not as outright gross as Galleria Organica's pizzas, but really not very pleasant at all. Stick to the lunchtime buffet instead.
Open on Friday and Saturday evenings also, but
Pros: good food, good value, pleasant setting
Cons: lunchtimes only, avoid the evening pizzas
