Delicious bissara - Edit
It's nice to see locals at a place with an English menu. Take a seat, order the mint tea and a soup.

They offer "vegetarian soup" (harira) and innards, but do not mix them. Unlike the author of the description, I saw no sign of bissara. Sometimes they hand out complimentary chebakia (sweets with honey).
