Small place selling precooked local vegan buffet dishes. Closes at 2pm. To find it, walk north from the post office, turn right at the 7-11 and it's on the right hand side just before the end of the road.
Many options in the early morning. Good for breakfast and lunch if you like Thai/Asian food. Be in time for lunch as the real vegan restaurants all close early and Songkhla hasn’t any other options for vegans.
The food was great and some interesting options. The environment simple, but pleasant enough.
Two servings on rice cost 50 baht which i consider a bit high for this kinda place/location, especially as I wouldn't say you get any more food than usual. Otherwise would've been a five star review as usually pretty tasty. Certainly better food than the other option in the town centre and more appreciative of your custom.
Convenient for travellers staying in the guest houses around the museum. Very little English spoken, it's a point at what you want type place, but friendly service.
Appears to close on Sundays and possibly Saturdays too.

Good homemade vegatarian/vegan - Edit
The lady is super cute, and her food is good and homemade (not too spicy).
