This shop has no English name. Look for the sign outside saying "Vegetarian". Location is on ground floor of the Clifford Centre towards the rear, amongst the numerous money changer booths. Has pre-cooked selection of dishes to go with rice or noodles. Popular at weekday lunch time. DEC 2014 REPORTED LIKELY SHUT, BY COW AMBASSADOR.

Fantastic! - Edit
Getting the check at this place makes you believe you're in Malaysia or Thailand - incredible. Tiny place with just a few chairs, you point at some dishes and get a full plate. Did I say it was cheap? Besides from being the cheapest, it was also the tastiest food I had during my days in the city. Will most definately visit when I'm back.
Bonus: Find the juice bar on the second floor. They make an amazing avokado shake - and it's also cheap. Even the money changers in this bulding give fair prices. Maybe it's something in the air.
