Very nice lunch buffet - Edit
I've eaten the lunch buffet many times here. Vegan food is unfortunately not marked, but you can ask a worker and they will tell you what is vegan. They are knowledgable. Nice, fresh food! A popular place for local workers to eat lunch.

A disappointment - Edit
I was at Vegeriet for Christmas 2014, and the buffet was a huge disappointment. Considering this is a vegetarian restaurant, the kitchen staff didn't really seem to take vegansm into account, or even be knowledgeable about what dishes were vegan or not - noting was marked.
Some of the dishes were not even made from scratch, but were frozen burgers etc.
Visit Raw just around the corner for a much better experience.

Creative vegetarian, vegan and raw food - Edit
Just a few steps from railway- and ferry-station in the center of Helsingborg you find this restaurant with ambitious, creative, enthusiastic and very good tasting food.
Vegetarian - vegan - raw food.
Various drinks - including wine and coffee.
Ecologic.
