So this isn’t your fine dining sort of experience. It’s the place to go if you just want to eat real down and dirty southern comfort food, vegan style of course. I had the Soul Chick Plate which came with all the fixings. The restaurant is quite small, sort of a make shift situation attached to the back of a residential home. However, that plus the hospitality of the hostess gave it a lot of charm. Highly recommend.

The greens were scrumptious.
The chicken and the fries were also very good.
Nothing was greasy and everything was fresh.
We plan to come back tomorrow for brunch.
Highly recommended.

While on vacation we visited this cute little vegan restaurant and were very impressed. I tried the hot chicken soul food plate which came with Mac n cheese, collard greens, fries, and a roll. It was a ton of food and a great price!!

We had a wonderful mommy/daughter meal tonight at the Nashville location. We shared the tots, shared the Soul Chic Plate, side of yams (wow!) and shared a piece of the strawberry cake! Everything was delicious! The cake knocked our socks off. The staff were so friendly and welcoming!

Most everything we ate was awesome (besides the roll which was hard as a rock). The mango tea was incredible - like a smoothie mixed with tea. Only issue was we ordered online and it took almost 40min longer than our original predicted time. So hungry I forgot to take pictures.

Building is a little confusing, go to the second door for the main dining area (first is for pickup orders). Dining area is small but they flip tables quickly. It is a mom and pop place where everyone is jumping in and they care for their customers. Food is fresh and delicious

This small, locally owned spot was FABULOUS. When my boyfriend & I walked in, a regular told us a few of his favorite things on the menu, and said that “it feels like you’re eating right at her dinner table here.” Man was he right!!! Fabulous soul food!!! And- the BEST Mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Definitely try the desserts too, I went for Strawberry Cheesecake and it was shockingly good. I haven’t found any vegan alternative that actually tastes like cheesecake in over 3 years!!!

I went there with my family and I got the Fried Chick Plate and the “chicken” was really good and the bread was so soft. But the carrot cake was literally so good, my dad whose not vegan said it was the best carrot cake he’d ever eaten. 100% recommend.

Read moreGot the Original Chick'n Plate and it was so tasty! The mac was creamy, the Chick'n was well seasoned, the biscuit was fluffy, the greens were a good compliment to the dish, and the yams were the best I have ever had.
Also got a coconut cake and it was served toasty warm. So dang good!

The BEST Vegan Food in Nashville - Edit
I got the BBQ Chik Po Boy and it was so good, it reminded me of a BBQ shack in my hometown that I'd eat at before I was vegan. The food was the best meal we've had in Nashville, the vibe was comfy and chill. Next time I'm in Nashville I have to come back.

With so many delicious sounding options, it was hard to choose. I had a chicken sandwich and yams, and it was incredible. And don’t forget the dessert! I was so full that I took mine to go and I’m so glad I did. The strawberry cake is so so good! Also, the staff are so kind and great!

Vegelicious was a cute restaurant. The indoor space was intimate and cozy. There were outdoor seats available too. I sat indoors with my girlfriend and it was just fine. We got blueberry and banana pancakes with the vegan sausage and grits. The pancakes were flavorful and fluffy. The compote reminded me more of chunky jam than compote. Although still good. I have to say the grits is the best I've tasted. The hospitality was also very good.
