This is also one of the traditional Taiwanese dishes - Edit
VEGE Vermicelli 文大叔蔬食麵線 全素與蛋奶素 is their name, this is one of the most traditional Taiwanese style dish, they usually use the wheat noodles and when elderly get to age 80, which means longevity, they will celebrate and eating this type of noodles to celebrate, the most original this type of style of noodle is actually vegan but later on people start adding pig intestine or oranges inside and make it like a street food; this is vegetarian restaurant so of course you don’t have to worry about animal organs appear inside your meal, but they do serve eggs and dairy, just make sure you ask before you order then there’s no problem😄I actually know how to make this dish, simple is the best😄usually just the noodle with fresh cilantro on top then it’s a great dish😄we call it old school way, but of course nowadays you can add a lot vegetables in it it’s a lot more healthy this way😄

Good food! - Edit
Good food, very friendly owner, fast service and very cheap (my large vermicelli bowl with vegetables and meat substitute was only $85! The owner told me in advance everything is vegetarian and he also asked me if I eat eggs so he clearly knows what vegan is.

Simple and tasty - Edit
Friendly boss serving quick, inexpensive and filling meals. English is spoken.
Read moreFor the main noodles and its variations, there is a big menu with pictures (choose big or small bowl & spiciness level). For the sides, you have to ask directly or refer to the small menu in Chinese (big/medium/small plate). Don't forget to stir well the noodles if you've chosen spicy :)
There is limited seating available on the busy sidewalk (so just don't expect a quiet place, but great to watch life going on).
