Build-your-own noodle meal with emphasis on fresh vegetables. Choose your ingredients (vegetables, tofu, faux meat, noodles), then the staff cooks it into a one-pot soup wonder in just minutes. Or have your order served dry. Style is a blend of East meets West, with modern design concept striping the space down to the bare essentials. One of several cafes in Taipei. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

Convenient option - Edit
I went there after 8pm just because no other vegan restaurant in my vicinity was open. The staff was friendly. The place is super small. The selection of ingredients is not big; maybe 20 different veggies/fake meat plus different noodles. "Salad" was almost gone. All ingredients are in little plastic bag which sucks. You have to take a bag, choose your ingredient which cost between 20-35 TWD per package. Then they'll cook it for you. Tables are nearby. It's in a food court.

Pros: Everything vegan, Can choose what you like
Cons: All ingredients in plastic, Nothing special

Lots of options - Edit
Lots of different vegetables, food and sauces to choose from. A bit crowded during peak hours.

Not a bad food court option. - Edit
Pick the veggies and other stuff you want in your soup and they cook it to order. You then add seasonings to your taste.

Cons: All the veg etc are wrapped in plastic so wasteful

Nothing to write home about - Edit
The description says it all. Choose your own veggies/fake meats/noodles and it's all cooked in a soup (or served dry). I feel the soup lacks flavor and I'll need to add a ton of seasoning/sauces to make it palatable. I've been to several branches and it's usually only because it's "right there". It's not a place that I would request to go to. Not highly recommended or a "must see" in Taipei, but not terrible.
