i've only heard good things about this food truck but my experience wasn't actually great, and it will be a long time before i go back. the staff was super nice, portions are huge and the food is prepared very quickly.
Read morein my experience i got the Willhelm Wildkeese Döner but would not recommend it. maybe this time the spices were mixed up and it normally tastes different, i am not sure. basically the soy chunks inside tasted really really strongly of nutmeg, and it was way too overpowering and made the soy chunks dry. the fries were exquisite though!
Pros: 100% vegan, delicious fries, döner was huge!
Cons: döner too heavily spiced with nutmeg

We heard from a local veggie that we had to visit this food truck. We ordered a shoarma dish and it was nice. I feel like I had better but it was still tasty. The green koriander chutney was very sour and not to my taste. The staff was very kind!

We just got fries, with vegan garlic Mayo and it was good! Mayo was tasty but a little runny. There are many more options - including vegan bratwurst made in Rauchbier (a local Bamberg specialty). It’s mostly fast food style - burgers, bratwurst (hot dogs), Schwarma, fries.

Typical market bus with full vegan menu. I we got there on the day of a big fair for the city and therefore it was busy, but we didn’t have to wait for too long. We tried only the fries with different sauces. There were good!

Everything we tried was delicious! The Wirtshaus Wilma was incredible, my omnivore husband loved the Freddie Formaggio, the paprika fries were very tasty. I wish there was a Vegbereitung truck in my town!

We went at a busy time but it still took quite a while for me to get one vegan Bratwurst. Some people even cancelled their order due to the wait. But it didn't disappoint, this was one of the best vegan Bratwursts I have enjoyed in Germany. It's a simple food truck but their options are good and the kitchen looks very clean. I was pretty jealous of someone's fries, they looked good.

This foodtruck has amazing burgers and the rosemary fries were delicious! It is located directly on the market place. I had the vegan tofu bacon burger and my friend chose the cranberry cheese one. Definitely recommended when you are in Bamberg! 😍

day of shopping in the city and crave some (not quite healthy) delicous food.
But even then there is one downside for me (that everyone else probably will be a plus
thus I won't take points of for it).
I can't manage their portions most days - especially if I want some fries with the burger.
But I have asked to have less fries and they fhave been very accommodating with that.
Pros: Tastes great, big portions, good value

Der Burger "Denny, der Deftige" mit Seitan-Patty war superlecker und mit frischen Zutaten. Ich hatte das Menü und es hat wirklich satt gemacht. Preis/Leistung stimmt, sollte ich nochmal irgendwann in Bamberg sein, wird natürlich wieder hier gegessen! :)

In a city lacking a 100% vegan restaurant, this was a great oasis. I had the Tim Teamstyle Shawarma made of seasoned soy strips and fried potatoes with different herbs and spices. It was so delicious and reasonably priced, I would eaten another if I had room. I even tried their fried potatoes with Aioli which were outstanding.
