Mushroom creamy spread to die for...... - Edit
I was given some Veganka Mushroom spread and yoghurt by friends from Ljubjana last week. I am now trying hard to make it last as long as I can whilst battling the constant urge to dip everything savoury I eat in to it just to see how much better it will taste embellished by such a fine spread. The term spread is a tad misleading as it is more like a cream. Indeed I'm tempted to see what its like rubbed in to my lips. Then I'd have the divine mushroom odour all day long....? Maybe not.... anyway the yoghurt is very healthy , not sweet and not thick, I blended it with some figs and bananas. I hope to try some of Veganka's other products when I'm next in Slovenia because the Namaz Z Jurčki was a real treat.

excellent vegan local products - Edit
they make really delicious cheeses, soy yoghurt, a couple of dips and spreads, nutritional yeast and seitan. very very tasty. it’s always nice to support your small local businesses. you can oder their products on their website or but they at eco/ health grocery stores.
